away for a night and 4 pages, i had to have a ciggy break, he he .

rush, heard a cover of theres. recommend me an album do the stu- id like to check em out please -)

Do the stu- as regards to forum maybe if it was split into catergories like vai' s is? hes even got a demo section for budding musicians, anyway im new here, dont wanna rock no apple cart.

england is expensive due to VAT(hiss boo)- but when i went to Galway inEire, we found it real expensive. beans on toast for the next month.

recommend the 'cliffs of moher' if you visit Eire again Cheese. and the Aaron isles.

monaco is the most expensive place ive been. 12 Euro's for a coffee! to apply for citizenship there you need to earn a million per year. good to see the F1 circuit and walk under the famous tunnel and see the famous casino.though.

off to play wipeout, laters

To FLIP_JSX, a big thanks to you for reading my post. I agree Music (with a big M) is a great healer and there is something almost mathematical about the way Joe and co put notes together into something so emotional and beautiful. My two boys have 2 JS Ibanezes left to them by their father, which apparently they'll get when they're 18. They are in trust at my in laws, and apparently the boys are encouraged to play them when they're there, so they don't get warped by lying around in guitar cases.

I was told they are a JS1 and a JS100, but I dont' know how accurate that info is, and I find it hard to believe! But I do know that the white guitar Joe uses looks identical. Maybe....

To Markrainey...thank you so much for posting links to the Belfast gig, really brought me back...coz I'm not sure if it really happened or maybe it was just a dream, but no, my friend is standing right infront of you - I see his glasses so we really must have been there after all!!

Sounds like no matter where you live, gas or petrol prices are so ridiculous, and there seems to be no end in sight to what they decide to charge us. It makes no sense to me at all why prices are so high, except that somehow a cap needs to be put on how much they can charge. Could someone take care of that pretty please?

achoo, I'm still alive....great pics, especially the ones with Joe, you both look really good and happy! Damn yer hair is long now, LOL!!

Funkilus14, there have always been tab books that eventually come out for each album....keep your eyes open around November or December for the PSATMOR book :)

hybes...wow...to be that close...you musta heard that tornado's roar then, omg! Oh wait, it sounds like you had time to get away, thank goodness....ooo and Joe plays near or in Dallas sometimes, you'll hafta keep yer eyes on the road page here for dates. The webmaster said they are finalizing the details for the fall tour now, so hopefully in the next month or two we'll get to hear something :)

Mckenna, I'm so glad I dint try to drive anywhere in Ireland, talk about a train wreck, LOL.....I'da never, ever made it. What I saw of the country on the bus ride from Dublin to Belfast, it was so pretty. Wish I'd gotten a chance to make it to the coast too though.

*AAAAAAAAACHOOOOOOOOO*....scuze me, my head just blew off.............

Oooo and I found out, that vid you re-posted....guess what...it's from the Steve Miller Fly Like an Eagle 30th anniversary cd/dvd set that includes a 2 hour concert shot in October 2005...it says Joe joined Steve on stage for the last third of the concert, including a 20 minute version of the title track. I'ma hafta seek that out and see how much it would be to buy!

Michelle - Where did you get that video of Steve Miller and Satch? That was an awesome little jam!

Chesse - yea, I was at least 15 miles away when it blew through. I am very grateful for the strom chasers in oklahoma. They are worth their salt that's for sure. I can't wait for the US leg to get released. This has to be the year I see the Satch!!

So, I just read that Satch released an EP in 1984 before being signed to Relativity (and then Epic), which featured a lot of the songs that were re-recorded for 1993's Time Machine. But there's one song that I don't think he's re-recorded, at least not on any studio albums. It sounds rather good, and I think Satch could work his magic and spruce it up for us!

Le song's called "Talk To Me", here's the link http://roo.emu.id.au/Satch/sounds/TalkToMe.aiff

Here's le wiki page; quite some cool infor such as Satchy tapping le pickups for le drums. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Joe_Satriani_EP

Also, it reminds quite a bit of Iron Maiden, haha!

O.K. I can't seem to find the questions I ask so I'm going to ask again, I'm not even sure if I posted it or forgot to hit post lol.

I was wondering, Joe, have you or is your music at all influenced by drugs? And are you planning on going to the Gorge at George, WA or the Spokane Arena(better for me, I'm a lot closer) in any U.S. tours? It would rock to see you live, man.

Peace
