Marcrainey - I would love to have the js1000! I think I'm going to put an acocunt aside and start saving. Do you think there's a big difference between the 1000 and the 1200? I have only been playing for 2 years. I played drums for 30 years but have always had such respect and awe for guitar players...so I just picked it up and started playing. My main guitar right now is a Les Paul Standard, but I really have a tough time getting speed on that guitar for some reason. I just think it suits me better as a rythm guitar not a lead. Of course my hands are medium sized too that might be the problem.
Do the Stu - I missed that video. Does anyone have it to post again? It's the SRV with Joe playing together. You should check out Bad English sometime. They were pretty good. A little softer than Damn Yankees. Man, I bet watching shinedown open for Halen was pretty cool. They really rock. Did they kick Halen's butt? that tour crushed Eddie and Sammy's friendship. You ahd a chance to check out Candlebox yet?

HI Joe, Band and Crew,
Thanks for the fantastic show in Munich Germanyon 1st of June! The last time I saw you guys was in 98 in Dublin and for about 10 years I kept telling everyone and specially my wife how great it was. So brought her to the show the other day and she got blasted away! You guys rock and we enjoyed every minute of the show. Sadly we had to leave just before the end as we had baby sitting for our 2 year old boy. Joe, he is dancing already on Surfing with the Aliens...good sign no?
Ah yes, I love the Podcasts!!!!
Take care all

Saw a few mentions of Shinedown. I have Leave a Whisper. There are several good cuts on the album. I prefer their stuff as part of a playlist. I find too many songs in a row become a bit 'samey'. Maybe I should give a different album a try?
How about Alter Bridge? One Day Remains is a cracker of a track.
Now to watch the latest podcast...

Ha, ha, ha! Good job Mr. Satchafunkilus. Excellent vid. So who's the cute looking blonde on the right at the front in Dublin? :o) That's the kind of crowd you want to be with at a Satch gig. What a lively lot. Wish I had been there.
Hey, I'm using the same screen saver as that visiting alien. Good taste alien boy!
Got my new Mack's hi-fi ear plugs through. Wish I had something like these years ago; my lad can hit his cymbols as hard as he likes and it's totally fine yet they still sound awesome as does my JSX (but I just wish he would stop hitting that! lol). Nice balanced sound unlike the foam plugs. Mack's quote a 12dB noise reduction rating on the packaging. Ideal for most gigs. So, all you fans out there who were cheesed that the gigs were too loud. Getcha self some of these bad boys. They're not expensive like the real pro ones but they still do a great job. Love your ears people!

Hey folks, yes loll Alter Bridge makes an appearance on utube when looking for Shinedown etc, and from first glance seems to be very cool stuff.
Did anyone see Paul Gilbert (and band) on utube dancing along to Petrucci's 'Glasgow Kiss'?
Very very very funny. Wish I'd been there.
Em...how do you post a link on this thing?

Do The Stu
Damn Yankees and Bad English were great bands - didn't stick around long enough.
These "super groups" are like that - sort of like Velvet Revolver.

Ken, lots of good wishes for your dad, hope everything turns out okay. Hugs.
Mckenna, I'm really sorry about your kitty...but she had a good life there in the Mcmansion, yes? And I saw you all on the podcast, good work, lol!! I was worried (Irish) Michelle couldn't be seen cuz she's so teeny, but there she was, cute as a bug!! :) Oh....what time is the party next week? We're all invited, right?
hybes, Joe has always been classy, he got it like dat :)
chelly....omg I can't tell you how that video ends either, couldn't watch the whole thing.....now....I think Barry is harmless and loved his music back in the day, but um......yeah....I switched to yer Joe vid pretty fast, lol!! Thanks for the holla on the podcast, I mighta gone straight to bed instead of watching it first! It's kinda cool to be on it, even briefly and even squished....feels like a dream that I was actually there just two weeks ago. wow.....
Marcrainey, yer very welcome, it was no trouble, hope you enjoy the pics...and yep, I saw you on the podcast!!! Your pic with Joe is great!! Purty guitar too, lol!! My son loooooved his 1200 while he had it!
andy of uk....please wipe yer snaily feets before coming into t2j....we don't want no snail guts on the carpets in here :) LOL...and....ewwwww.
chadley.....you did good :) I'm proud of u.
Just read the one review of the Prague show, and it sounds like Joe was overwhelmed by the crowd's response to him. I bet it was very emotional to have that kind of love and appreciation pouring out to him and the guys...hope we get to see some of that on the next podcast :) Just face it Joe....you're loved all over the world and back again!
Has anyone ever told you Joe......that you definitely have a career possibility as a film-maker, if the guitar thing doesn't work out for ya? ;)

O.K. I can't seem to find the questions I ask so I'm going to ask again, I'm not even sure if I posted it or forgot to hit post lol.
I was wondering, Joe, have you or is your music at all influenced by drugs? And are you planning on going to the Gorge at George, WA or the Spokane Arena(better for me, I'm a lot closer) in any U.S. tours? It would rock to see you live, man.
Peace

Just had chemistry and English exams today. Only three to go...then I'm FREE!!! No more school for this Satchnafunkilitis sufferer. =D
