Hello Joe, just want to thank for podcasts!!! Thant's amazing ... after watch one after another seems like been with you and band during whole tour :)

so you're still on the road ... Have great shows and a lot of energy to you!!

one question. sometimes I hear a background sound of keyboards or something like that, is it Eric playing on the back or it's a recorded track? Who's on the FOH during this tour? Randy? ...

AC/DC ARE BACK IN BLACK ICE:

Posted yesterday at: www.undercover.com.au/News-Story.aspx?id=5461

By Paul Cashmere / We will know next week what the title of the new AC/DC album will be but 'Black Ice' looks like a front-runner at the moment. AC/DC have three titles being considered for the album, another one being 'Runaway Train', Albert Music's Danny Keenan confirms for Undercover News.

Keenan says that we should know in the next week what the band would officially decide on. Albert Music CEO Tim Prescott will head to New York for meetings over the AC/DC release next week.

Danny Keenan says he has heard half the album but did not hear a song called 'Black Ice'. If it is being used as a title track then it may have been one of the later tracks recorded for the album. 'Black Ice/Runaway Train/insert third title here' will be the 15th studio album from AC/DC and their first since 'Stiff Upper Lip' in 1998.

The album was recorded in Canada at Bryan Adams studio with Brendan O'Brien. Sony BMG says the album will be released this year. Keenan suggests we may hear the album as soon as October.

hi, marty's music for speeding is quite ridgidly composed, im not sure how he plays all of it live and theres a big J-pop influenece in some tunes. it took me a couple of listens to get into it, but theres some sweet transitions reminescent of megadeth.

im not sure about his other cds, hes done quite a few, some instrumental others with guest vocalists.

a few REVAN 10/10s

Big bad moon, Ride, Attack, champaign? ice-9, speed of light, motorcycle driver, your my world up in flames, hands in the air, is their love in space, theme for a strange world, hill grove, seven string, oriental; melody. super colossal musterion always with me......

classics which have transcended rating,

summer song, satch boogie, surfing with the alien, flying in a blue dream, the mystical potatoe head thing, crushing day, borg sex, time machine, cool 9.

but being honest theres only a few joe songs im not keen, i like 95% of his music, which is unque, as steve vai i think is hit or miss,

What a match !
It's a pity Federer had to lose, neither of the two players deserved being defeated
I've never seen a tennis match like that since Borg-McEnroe classics back in the earlier 80's

This is my first post, so hi everybody!

About Coldplay: The main melody is almost exactly the same as Satch's. Different key, yes, but anyone can change that... However, it's a very catchy tune, and I think they could've probably come up with it too.

lol, I can't help noticing how they use that passage all the way through the song, whereas Satch only uses it as the chorusy thingy. (shows how they can only come up with one thing and snatch it and repeat it over and over again)

I'm actually really sad the tour podcasts are finished... :(

Do the Stu - Thanks for the info. I am amazed I have never picked up on that before. Sports Center is the nightly ritual before bed. Strange. I guess ESPN didn't want to pay a couple of dollars for the usage eh? Too bad. Shoot, so many of his songs would be GREAT highlight tunes.

I read yesterday that a couple of Joe's songs were licensed for Guitar Hero World Tour and Rock Band 2! That's great news! My boys will now think Joe rules the planet! They seem to think no one is very cool unless you were on Rock Band or Guitar Hero.

Have a blast davy!

Hey guitarhead it looks that is it for the euro ones at least.

I got guitarhero for my daughter's birthday last week, she wanted it. Pretty hokey if you ask me, pushing 5 buttons as the thingamabobs come along. I can't imagine doing that to satch boggie or surfin...what are you going to do, just the beats? But....at least it expands her music exposure beyond Panic at the Disco ;-)
