I am in a quandry. I've found the guitar I'd like to buy, but there are a few problems. Firstly, the one I tried has gone from the shop. They do have another, but it is in a different finsih which I don't think is as nice. This is the mirage blue one that I think is better than the suede red that I could go out and buy right now.
Another prob is that the shop could get a blue one in by special order by the weekend or next week--but I'd have to put a deposit down. Another prob, according to the sales guy they are often a bit patchy set-up wise, and I tried the red one about an hour ago--that played nicely. Or, I could wait until the next general Ibanez delivery which could be a good few weeks. Oh yeah, another prob, I should be away next week and then some time after that...
Any thoughts or comments on the finishes welcomed with open arms =D

I'm currently listening to Crystal Planet and I realize that I liked your sound more when signal is amplified with Marshall. It's got nothing to do with advertising or so... I'm not a Marshall guy anyway or anyhow... I myself play Engl and Genz Benz...
Anyway. It just felt right to say that to you... Keep Up the Good Work....
Kisses from Greece.

SoulToStrings: That's some nice work there. Nice mix of delicacy and technique. I especially like the gear section of your page!

John-So you like biking too? I love biking, sometimes I just dissapear and come back in...oh....three hours or so.
And one big thing is, you have to make sure you get the color you like because there is no going back once you buy it.
Unless you like the red more, when I got my guitar I wanted the shiny wavy blue one, but now I actually like the Gray/silver one more.
just my words of wisdom =D

Happy Birthday Satch, (sorry I'm late)
My name is Chris, I'm a lefty (like Jimi (I love his music!)) from Europe, Belgium and I've been playing since 1991 (I was fourteen), I'm now 31, and I must say...
I have never been inspired more by anyone than by you man!
Thank u so much for your beautiful music....
I grew up with Metallica and Nirvana, it's quite strange...
I first was inspired by your pupil (Kirk Hammett) and later I learned about the Master of Tone!
I've seen u about three times now... Shame at graspop last year that the gig was so short! Your last show I saw on 28th of Mai, in the Circus royal in Brussels Belgium. You rock man!
But I have one question... The solopart in the song "Searching".... How do u do that? I have my wha wha, and i have the tab from internet.. But i don't quite understand where the very high notes come from.. Artificial harmonics? Echo? Flange? I really dont know. I play an Ibanez Prestige lefthand and a line six spider III. Can u help me?
Anyways, have another great year, and I really hope to see u again! Greetings Chris

I tole u "The Mist" was good. But I hate the way it ends :((
My head is stuffed full, it's gotten bigger after all this training, and tomorrow I head home. Going home a day earlier than planned, which is all right cuz then I'll be home to buy the Reno tix to see Joe, and not hafta rely on my brother to try to get them for me. He's happy about that too, too much pressure he said.
I'll have Joe to see me home and through the tears again. Dunno what I'd do without Joe's music. Wish it could put me to sleep at night too.
