Do The Stu - I am in Santa Barbara. We were at the same Satriani show at the Ventura Theatre in 2005. ITLIS is my favorite recording so far.

I used to live in your neighborhood. 341 Junipero in Long Beach by Carroll Park. Small world.

Got the cat, had to catch it first! I have the scratches to prove it!. It's never had human contact or been inside a building. The lady on the farm is overrun with kittens but they're all half wild.

Despite that I think it's likes me!

I think it's a boy.

My kids are at their Grans house, so they don't even know yet and won't until they come home tomorrow!! Can't wait to surprise them.

As for the name.....

How about 'Bongo' after Dave larues Musicman Bongo.

Or Hammster, in tribute to Stu!!!

I'd like to get a name soon before the kids call him 'fluffy' or 'marmalade' which is kind of inevitable.

Hello everyone!!!

I have been trying to make a song that got a little bit of Jimi Hendrix over it, and also is a blues. And now its finished!!! The song is called "Jimi is Back"

Hear the song here: Mark Railton - Jimi is back

What do you think about my song??

I know it doenst have drums and vocals. Thats because i cant play drums or sing!

I would be very happy if someone could add drums, bass and vocals. That would be so cool!

I hope you like it and will enjoy my song

Please give a comment about it. I really want to know what you think about it!!

I am watching the olympics and there are several interesting performances, then there is the part where all the countries walk across the stadium, I HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF MOST OF THESE COUNTRIES!!!!!! and the USA is one of the last countries to walk across,, :(

Today, my dad was in a bike accident and got a compound infraction (or something like that) and has to wear a backbrace, he took a nasty fall, he's fine, but can't move and stuff like that, so I have to help him around but can't stand seeing him like this. He is such a active person, but he can't move, he is absolutely miserable. I feel soo bad for him. so thats my day L8R >.<

tikimon - Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not too much into punk music, but I'll keep the other bands you mentioned in mind.

To answer your age question, I'm 25...

castle49 - Ah, cool. How long did you live in Long Beach, and why'd you leave?

I moved around a lot when I was growing up, so it's weird to think of Long Beach as home. But I've been here since I started college in 2001, so it has been a while. I like it here a lot...I keep talking about wanting to leave Southern California, but I don't know if I'll ever actually be able to make myself do it.

Satch, thank you for the AWESOME concert in Bogota last night, YOU ROCK, and Stu, Jeff and Galen, you guys rock.

I hope you had a great time as the audience did.....what am I saying? you guys looked you had an awesome time. Moments like Supper Colossal, Summer Song and the bass solo were very speciak and Andalusia is one of the best songs I've ever heard. I couldn't believe I was there, it was magical.

I hope that your promise comes true, you said you'll come back, now I'm waiting for that day : )

See you later Joe and greetings from the incredible colombian audience.
