I just watched Mythbusters and I can't believe it, Elephants are actually afraid of mice!, they took a little white mouse, hid it under some elephant dung, and when an elephant came near, they moved the dung and the mouse ran out, and the elephant backed off and went the other way. so they thought that the sudden movement of the dung scared the elephant, so they tested it, and moved just the dung NO mouse, the elephant walked right by it, so the tried the mouse again with two elephants, and both elephants saw it and backed off!!!! ELEPHANTS ARE ACTUALLY SCARED OF MICE!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!

Hi there professor........I'LL TRY and make this short..............first i want you to know how true a fan i am sincerely , and how deeply influenced i am with your music .....it was my motivation to keep studying and eventually pass my exams succesfully .. may God bless you with more and more creativity and genius ... Now as for your new album it's brilliant especially for "come on baby" , "out of the sunrise" , "revelation" , "andalusia"(the acoustic part is beautiful and the way it slides towards metal) , and the rest of them...... but i would love if you could come up with songs like "speed of light" (the one that got me hooked with its opera effects) or "the extremist" (i wake up on this song everyday now i have it as my stereo alarm !!!!!) and more ballads please ....i'm sure u have them hidden somewhere screaming : LET ME OUT , LET ME OUT!!!!!............. and more songs like "made of tears" please .......... Oh and is it true that there are plans for a new project with Van Halen ? and if so will it halt your solo career???? ............. And do u think its good to start playing with an acoustic guitar and then move on to an electric , and where to start? (it's really expensive u know) ............oh and do you offer teaching guides or tutorials about playing a guitar the way it should be played???............. hope to hear from u soon ...........

Austin, my daughter heard Summer Song in the background before I did. It was faint, and the crowd and everything was over top of it, so it sounded like it was playing in the venue and not over top with the announcer.
Did anyone else hear Summer Song when France won?
I have this song in my head now beacuse I started a sentence with "all I wanna know is". lol!
Does anyone else ever say something or hear something and yer brain immediately takes you to a song?
T-Bones, does it ever get easier? I had to unpack her food and put it in the fridge & freezer. I opened the freezer and had to put her food in around a a bottle of Jose Cuervo, and a big bottle of rum. I also had to move the little tray that makes penis shaped ice cubes. ffs! It IS college, isn't it :-/ The girl that has been living there by herself all summer... oh boy. lol! Either way, my kids are angels compared to the kid I was. All we can do is hope we've instilled enough good values in them and let them be who they're gonna be. They have a week before school starts and they have to buckle down a bit. I have the feeling it's gonna be a busy week.
Funny bit here -
My niece is having a baby soon. Her boyfriend is hellbent on naming him George, after a relative that recently passed. Middle name will be after baby daddy - Michael, so he will be George Michael lmao! My sis hates the name (I just think it's funny as hell). My sis said that when the baby is born, she will make up a name for him, and call him that instead of George (mainly to piss off baby daddy). I thought for a second and came up with the perfect name. We're going to call him...Ringo :-)

Brian, yep, u can....we're gonna be packed in there like sardines, so security is nowhere to be seen :) The stage is kinda tall, I'm 5 ft 5 in and have to kinda reach up to rest my arms on the stage. Unless they create a barrier in front of the stage for security to stand, we'll be right up against it. So far all the shows we've been to there haven't had any barrier. Click away!
Chelle honey....well....I don't wanna lie to you or sugar coat anything....and each person is different. Your daughter is away at college, whereas Chris is in a DD foster home, so that might affect things but....it is gut wrenching every single time I have to leave him there. That part doesn't get any easier, for me. I hope for you it does, because she is at school and working towards something in her life. So....maybe? But she's always gonna be yer baby that you worry about, no matter what.
Now...lets talk about those penis-shaped ice cubes and life's necessities u found in the freezer....when's the next party and am I invited? :D
LOL...it IS college life after all, and roommates....a whole brand new world fer E I'm thinkin :) She's a good girl honey, u and wavey did a great job...she'll be fine :) Momma might need somma what's in their freezer though, fer her nerves!!

Jimi Hendrix - The Star-Spangled Banner at Woodstock
imad1990 - Joe is doing a project with Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony, not Van Halen. And I wouldn't be surprised to find out if this project means that Eddie will never play music with Satch ever, because of EVH's whole "you can't be in two bands at once" mindset that was his reasoning for kicking Mikey out of VH for playing solo shows with Sammy. That's rather immature, but unfortunately that's how EVH has been acting lately.
That's a bit off topic though. This new project is going to be very awesome.
Mahavishnu - Hi Brian. I've never been to the Warfield so I don't know how they do things there. I don't recall the searches/pat-downs at Satch shows ever being all that intense, though...I bet you can get a camera in with no problems. Definitely try. Worst case, if they make you take it back to your car we can save a spot for you inside.
cheese101 - How many times have you been to the Warfield? Who have you seen and when? I took a quite look at the tour archives and I'm guessing you saw Satch there on the Super Colossal tour...

GNR's 'Democracy' To Be Retail Exclusive?
Negotiations are underway for Guns N' Roses' 14-years-in-the-making "Chinese Democracy" to come out as an exclusive at one of the big box retailers -- either Wal-Mart or Best Buy, Billboard has learned. Negotiations are also ongoing to have conventional record company distribution, another source says.

Hi all - this could be a long post (sorry) as it looks like I haven't been on for 3 weeks and there's at least 36 pages. Maybe I'm lucky and there's not too much to actually read - just someone posting the same thing 50,000 times ; b I knew it was a mistake to have a vacation LOL I was toying with a US show after mum offered to pay for the trip... and it sounds like there'll be a great bunch of T2Jer's to meet. But if it means too many posts to catch up with maybe not.... ha ha. Does depend on a work thing really though (I think Mum got carried away in the moment as I let her have my aftershow - !? - so not actually expecting her to cough up for that)
Joe - I hear there's another pedal in the wings (friend of mine read it but can't direct me to where) - can you comment?
Webmaster - yeehah, I figured it was an MS patch or an update from someone that caused the chat problem. Thanks for sorting! As for the review, the back button would have been my friend, but I managed to lose it anyway. It's no the biggest problem in the universe, I just thought I'd mention it in case you could code in something to stop that in future.
Do The Stu - so, what are your ratings for X Files 2 and Batman 2 (or is it 6)? I have to catch up with these (was kinda hoping I might get one or the other on the plane during vacation). I am assuming Batman is stunning yet tinged with sadness (rather like the Crow was)?
Also, did you explain the "seeing" Joe thing as I think I missed it... and did I win the prize for earliest Joe show? And what was the prize - free in and out (not inclusive of purchase of air travel) LMAO?
Cheese - yep, it was the email I was teasing you about. I've got one from you so I'll check it out soon. Watched Saw 4 this morning. Usual deal, and watchable and yep, wide open for no 5. I also watched something called Mr Brooks. Hadn't heard anything about it but its Costner, Demi Moore and kinda cool murder/thriller effort... anyways, nice find on that Joe & ZZ vid. He's so cool, always carries a sharpie.... they should have Joe in their ads, not Mr Beckham
Michelle - Happy Birthday for a few days ago. How was it?
Blue Moon - have you done any more vids? You mentioned some 8 part harmony monster.... as for Crushing Day, no I'm not insane, I think you're up to the job. By the way, I waved to ya on Friday from several thousand feet up but nothing back....
Cosmic Ape - that's funny! Crushing Day goes fine for me... right up to the part where you need to sit down LOL As for miss teen america thing, that's the first I'd seen of it (soz)
maritime - ha, see - I knew you were a bodybuilder, just not using the conventional set of weights. That sounds like a cool line of work, you must enjoy it a lot
Hybes - if the Paris set list was the same as the rest of europe I guess the set list matches that of several of the later ones posted for the UK leg onwards. I did one around 17-19 May if that helps
Igneousiceman - yep, I totally agree on Armstrong and I miss having someone like him to watch during the Tour. Regarding the HP laptop, depending on which version of Vista you'll probably find yourself with a bunch of worse problems than the XPSP3 reboot LOL
Revan2008 - are you going to check out Extreme on tour later this year? Pretty sure they're heading to Newport, seen them there a couple of times, they were gr8
Roo - congrats on the JSBDG. I'm planning on getting one... but doing it the Joe (plus silver sharpie) way as it'll save a few quids. The BD that Joe has been using in Aus is I would assume the one he's had for the Europe leg, so isn't that his (89) original or did that get pinched? If that's in the stolen list I'd say it's a 1000BP with fresh scribbles - perhaps it's BD2? What other JS's have you got and would you mind emailing me a pic of your JS3 (I'm always interested in how different they came out)?

NJBeast - I asked Joe about the andalusia riff and Cheese (I think) asked him about it on his last rockline (and I missed it - darn). He described it as weird but cool
Clarky - so sorry to hear that. Thoughts & wishes to you and Maria's loved ones
Keniko - I had the same thought about Joe with ZZ in that vid. Looks to me like they were enjoying some private time and Joe sent him off to keep it private, great Dad that he is.
Ok, that's me all typed out. Have a great day everyone

Ok Joe…. Come on…. When’s the next album due out…….lol…… only joking…..
I’m sure there should be some G3 info for next year soon though…….
Vai doesn’t look like he has much on at the mo……
