.......Hey today,s workout was great,so unbelievable like my curl bar is set at 60 lb,s of weight plus the bar well I curl that with a barbell 60 lb,s plus the bar 27 time,s now today it devilishly devoured that 27 ththrough 28 time,s thouroughly feeling like it could go past 30 time,s the next set lift would be 80 pound,s plus the bar is next one ten 10 pound,lbs each side is the next size of weight for increment,s so with the barbell included it would be about 90 lb,s pound,s will see if it does that in a couple of day,s may need to increase that barbell curl. My bench my weight bench realy take,s alot of abuse from me bench pressing and leg curling on it I bench press 80 pound,s plus the bar 27 time,s in a row the weight stay,s on it like their ready everytime I stay them on itlike after I am done working out with them I leave them setting on the standie partfor next time worked out babe of mine last night good pretty good time it was great anyways worked out had a sponge bath did my hair hanging out around the house today feeling a little more comfortable going to take a tylenol 2 nowyou need one about every 4 week,s lifting weight,s so much well every 2 1/2 weeks but stretched it to 4 week,s now anyways later wolfie.

.......So sure doesnt tell anyone,I get smarter stronger and crave little touch,s of evil power my leg,s my lines get beautiful I have more strength in my shoulder and arm sides I am getting smarter I dont know whats doing it I talk though sometimes diffrently pfhhhh! yeah right I though possibly said something like this it keep,s grade 17 plate weight licenced 30 weightlifter a secret sex you will see I came the more the better it seem,s to be I mean I lovvve it and it make,s me feel great it keep,s her if she want you see and I feel nicer first more comfortable after nicer then I feel strength from it keep me a secret well radio is fine but smartness is coolness christine my old hairdresser to demanding for the stuff cut her off Me and you alright secret later wolf2 .

Cant get my Daughter to listen to decent music, i'm starting to despair. When i suggest listening to Joe, she comes back with Girls Aloud. She's just bought a ticket to see someone called Kanye West. WHO? Am i getting too old? who are these people. I think its our duty as Parents to make sure our kids listen to decent hard rockin music, who's with me?

Thanks Al, I love that song, and I love the movie it comes from...Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's....brilliant. My cat gets called 'cat' too....
Campbell, my two boys, thankfully, are true rock dudes...one of them loves Nickleback, Dream Theatre, Metallica, Dragonforce, Trivium etc etc and the others a big Joe Satch fan, but likes Tesla, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, and ACDC. They both love Led Zepplin. It's funny how they like 'classic' rock so much when I'm not even old enough (at 34) to remember some of it first time around!
