what usually happens with the Club Joe tix is this.....

You get your tickets in advance in the mail if that's how you chose for delivery. Then about a week or so before the show, you should be getting an email from the person who will be helping you that night with your meet and greet stuff. That person is usually John Iverson, and in his email he will give you all the details of where and what time to meet in order to do your time with Joe. Whatever you do, DON'T BE LATE!!! If you are late, there's a good chance you'll miss out on your time with Joe, because John usually doesn't have time to come back outside and check for stragglers.

According to the instructions, you will receive your laminate pass, pics and an autographed picture of Joe that night, along with your hour spent with him for the meet and greet, questions, personal photos and autographs. You may also get your bucket hat that night, unless fanfire decides to ship those out to you at another time.

I bought a Club Joe ticket for a friend, and so far we've received everything, he got his $25 voucher and spent it at the fanfire site and I rcvd his item....we got an email to go choose his hat size but instructions that it will be there for him the night of his show....got his ticket. So now just need the email re: the meeting place and time from John Iverson.

In his email, he usually also gives you a cell ph# you can call in case you need him. If you've not gotten any of your other stuff by then, maybe you should give him a call and see if he can help you sort things out. John tries hard to keep Joe's fans happy.

Hope that helps.....and good luck. You'll never forget the experience of meeting Joe, or your time with him....he's the BEST!

Thanks, man. Sounds like the Joe crew has it covered, so I'll put my faith in them. Don't care about the free gear, as long as I make the meet&greet.

I did the Evo experience with Vai in SanFrancisco a couple of years ago - incredible!!! I'm actually in the Guitar World picture of the Evo experience (head-shaved guy if you have the edition).

I can't wait to see Joe!

Cat and dog lovers?

Excerpts from a Dog's Diary......

8:00 am - Dog food! My favorite thing! 9:30 am - A car ride! My favorite thing! 9:40 am - A walk in the park! My favourite thing! 10:30 am - Got rubbed and petted! My favourite thing! 12:00 PM - Lunch! My favourite thing! 1:00 PM - Played in the yard! My favourite thing! 3:00 PM - Wagged my tail! My favourite thing! 5:00 PM - Milk bones! My favourite thing! 6:00 PM - Oooh, Bath . Bummer. 7:00 PM - Got to play ball! My favourite thing! 8:00 PM - Wow! Watched TV with the people! My favourite thing! 11:00 PM - Sleeping on the bed! My favourite thing!

Excerpts from a Cat's Daily Diary. ..

Day 983 of my captivity. My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects.

They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength.

The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet.

Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates what I am capable of. However, they merely made condescending comments about what a 'good little hunter' I am. Bastards.

There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event. However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. I overheard that my confinement was due to the power of 'allergies.' I must learn what this means and how to use it to my advantage.

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow -- but at the top of the stairs.

I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches. The dog receives special privileges. He is regularly released - and seems to be more than willing to return. He is obviously retarded.

The bird has got to be an informant. I observe him communicating with the guards regularly. I am certain that he reports my every move. My captors have arranged protective custody for him in an elevated cell, so he is safe. For now................

Satriella - Thanks for stopping by...it's always good to hear from you. I'm glad life is getting better for you... :-)

mikesb - That's pretty neat...and it looks SO obvious after the fact, but of course before then you're watching it and thinking "What the...?"...

Hey Satch, or should I say Professor Satchafunkilus? I like it man...

Love the new work! I am totally geeked that you are coming back around our parts (Nevada).

I wanted to bring my 17 year old son to your show in Vegas but they won't let him in since he's not 21. But we're not giving up so easily.

So we are going to drive up to Reno and see you there for his birthday even though the show will be on the day after his 17th birthday.

Just wait until I show him the tickets...10th row...he will be totally geeked too.

Can't wait to see you there. You won't miss us, we'll be the Dad Geek and Kid Geek in Sec D, row 10, seats 5 & 6.

Not sure if you are planning to play many or any favorites off of any older stuff but Flying in a Blue Dream, One Robot's Dream and Time Machine are some of ours...

Forever amazed bruh...

Sixnickells......

Nice to hear things are going superb.
The only thing I regret is reading from you less often. But I resign myself to it if your time is properly invested, like it looks to be.
Congrats !

Hey Joe,

I'm engaged and set to be married next October (10-2-09). I love your music, and i'm wondering what the price would be to have you play our wedding. Not looking for a whole set, just a couple of songs. Food and beer will be plentiful.... I just can't picture a better song to have our first dance to then "Love Thing"....

Joe Satriani : Hi again. I hope you've been having a good time on tour (either you're a great faker or you have been, judging from the podcasts). As things stand, I should be coming to the show in Durham, NC on Oct 25. If not, hopefully I'll make it down to Atlanta, GA on the 26th.

mikesb : LOL! "Get 'em to tune it at the pawn shop before ya leave." and "Ya gotta get one o'them Effex pedals..." HAHAHA, that's great.

Everyone Else: Best wishes to all. I've been busy from April up until now... not touring other continents or anything, but busy nonetheless, so *IF* anybody besides Do the Stu messaged me and I missed it, sorry. L8r.
