JOE please read!- Just want to say thanks for the amazing music! I was driving home from work and the moon was just so big and beautiful... I had to put Starry Night on. It just gave me such a great feeling. Made me cry because im for the first time in my life... really happy! I seriously can thank you for getting me through all the hard times! I don't know how I would have done it without your music there to inspire me and to push me to move forward and to look past all the negitivity. I REALLY look forward to the day I get to shake your hand and to get that big Satriani bear hug im hearing about from everyone! It has and still is my dream.. and somehow, it will come true! I'm so greatful for you Joe! Thank you so much! I'm so happy to be your fan! To be able to sit here and right this message to you and tell you all this! I really hope I get to meet you Joe. By the way anyone here ever started a new job and stipulated they have to get Holidays when Satch comes to town LOL cause i did the boss looked at me Satch i said yep a guitarist from the U.S he said oh ok i said thanks just wanna make sure it will be OK cause i plan on doing every gig next tour. :) :) :) :) pretty Cool if ya ask me .
Ok Metallica's new album i like it actually i like it alot i downloaded all the songs for guitar hero on Xbox 360 i didnt want to buy the album going on the last efforts StAnger etc but i am going to 4 sure yes it's Metallica as soon as u hear it but there is something about Kirk's guitar playing on some of the songs that is well do i dare say a Satch and Vai kind of flavour with that Kirky kinda tone etc
My above comments will probably get me shot but it's just my opinion i dont think it's gonna ever be the days of Ride, Puppets or Justice For All they are truly great albums but its up there i think with the black album in playability
And is anyone going to Dragonforce in Melbourne Australia on 25th oct ?????
Or has anyone seen em in concert are they worth going to see the tickets are only like $66 so i was thinking of going try catch a Herman Li plectrum :) :) :) ?????????????

Thanks for the BIlly Connolly (and other) videos, everyone...
cheese101 - Awesome...it's really cool to see an acoustic guitarist win that competition. It's great to hear Joe and Steve say such good things about her, too. I'm not at all surprised they liked her as much as they did, or that she won it all.
Everyone should check out some of Vicki Genfan's other music. I hear a lot of Michael Hedges in her playing...it's very nice.
And Tracie, less than two months until Satch...woohoo! :-)

A few weeks ago I was kicking around the idea of taking a reporting job at another paper, and my Satch road trip was one of the reasons (but not the top reason) why I didn't do it.

Have just loaded up the ipod with everything Joe I have so far, for a trip to Thailand tomorrow. Lotsa drinks with umbrellas for me for 2 weeks. Watching the AFL Grand final from a bar in Phuket.

AC/DC TO HOST SIRIUS CHANNEL
SIRIUS XM Radio announced that legendary rock band AC/DC will host their own music channel on SIRIUS.
The channel celebrates AC/DC's iconic career and the upcoming release of Black Ice, the band's first studio album in eight years.
AC/DC Radio will be broadcast on SIRIUS channel 29 and debuted on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 6 pm ET, to run through January 15, 2009.
AC/DC Radio will air AC/DC music 24/7.

Hey holy what a last couple of day,s Joe had my canaian mental heath associtaion meeting yesterday went,up north shopping and stuff anyways I asked whatkinds of groups and social thing ,they have I could go to like they could just come pick me up and bring me back he said thats good you want something to do like I know you dont have anyone to talk to because they all do drug,s and alcohol and you dont so thats a good idea he but I am also suppose to tell you I we the canadain mental health assocition doesnt need to see you anymore he said your fine man the last 3 visit,s has been perfect like a person without schizophrenia but you can keep seeing us if you want and group,s went to my doctor today thought I may need some uptodate mediction like I said man every once and a while .it feel,s like I dont have schizophrenia for like 3 week,s and I live like I dont have it then it hit,s me he said you just learn to live with it man every mediction has a side effect were not I am not changing your mediction based on that. Did pick my lamb chops up yesterday today lamb chop,s my bad cholesterol is slightly elevetaed so I dont eat anything with cholesterol and Now i take bad cholesterol pill,s it might be natural he tell,s me which is weird becuase technically you cant have bad cholesterol if your schizophrenia is effecting you like I Told my doctor and cmha I totaly forget I have schizophrenia until I look at the clock aftre the day and then realise it,s mediction time! ,my doctor said the lung thing is nt copd he said I know what it is but cant tell you then he said it,s freom the penitentiaruy asked for help with quitting smoking he said why/ he said Im telling you man a ciggarette does nothing to you wont hurt you made another appointement with nurse practioner for quit smoking eduction my doctor sais go ahed smoke Im telling you it does nothing to you man not you he said thats all my mom is still working at the library she will be home in a bout 30 minutes anyways later wolf2.

iTunes problems - there's an equally useful bit of kit for Windows called WinPatrol that identifies processes & gives info on whether they are safe/malware, ok to disable, etc. As soon as something new gets added to the PC (like an itunes service) it asks if you want to allow it to run... the pro (paid) version is best, but they also let you have a free version with less functiionality

..mmm....mmmm .......good! I had an amzing dinner,supper super duper supper.I had an 8 ounce ontario lamb shoulder chop, fried in extravirgin olive oil with a whole northern nugget cooking onion fried with sliced fresh boiled carrot,s with whipped potatoes wolf2 mashed means whipped no not the whipp,s we use on rubina! your,s. it tasted great well I had six lambchop,s cut half inch thick! 1/2 they were on sale for 4.99 a pound I got 6 cut and wrapped and it was 15 .00 dfollars so that mean,s each lamb chop is about 1/2 a pound 8 oz their good I get the butcher to trim them take the fatt off but their,s hardly any anyway,s they taste great they taste like a combination of several kin,s of beef steak,s crossed with pork chop type,s with a great grilled taste like better then a barbecue with supper I take my cholesterol pill at lipitor 7pm I take my schizophrenia mediction .Joe wals life,s been good to me so farrrrrrrr! anyways have a good night sleep well eat well oh and a secret mott,s fruitsensation,s fruit desert for dessert later wolf2.
