I think I messed up big time ending things with that guy, maybe I should have just accepted ex gf's presence, it's not like he was still involved with her in THAT way, although she did have the annoying habit of telling people she was his girlfriend. It's really hard to describe the band's sound. I guess you could call it acoustic rock, but with the sax jazz is just as much a part of it too. And then their violinist plays a lot of pentatonic stuff, which is almost bluesy. But yeah, I'll send you some stuff. They do a killer version of All Along The Watchtower...I think I'll start with that.

About the guy, I think you're really better off without having to deal with that whole situation. If his ex disappears maybe consider something, but I wouldn't bother with it now. At this point it sounds like you may be able to at least salvage a friendship, which would probably be good considering his connection to your ex.

As to music, I want to put up sound bytes, I won't be putting up whole songs.

I've thought about it about it a few times, but every time I think that I can only justify a sound byte, because it's a tease of the cool stuff Joe does.

But I feel putting a complete track up, even if it's available elsewhere on the net, is taking something away from Joe. He works hard and I want to do everything to help him succeed and get a good compensation for his effort.

So, in short, I want to give sound bytes for all tracks and performances, but will not provide full songs, unless they are approved by Joe and the relevant people.

There's no code on the page to request a reload, it sounds like your browser is crapping out and retrying. There's style sheets in there, but I don't think they'd cause that. about the only culprit I can see is the qt satch video, but that's on every page, so let me know if you can load other pages ok.... ok?

Roo, all the other pages load up fine. Can't pin down exactly how to replicate the problem, direct linking fails some times and works other times, navigating to it from the menu is doing the same thing. I guess you can chalk it up to my computer, worry about it only if other people complain as well. (I still have IE6, work computer, we won't be getting IE7 until after October). Keep it up bro!
