Is the set list for the '08 North American Tour the same as that of the previous tour dates? Could you please post the set list if it has changed. Thanks Joe.

Cheese - Thanks for the posts. I wish Joe had given a release date for his DVD. It almost seemed like he was getting ready to, but got cut off to intro a song! Bummer. I can't wait for this DVD to come out.

Sure hybes.....Joe makes a great DJ, dontcha think? And maybe someone out there can ask him, at the meet and greets, for a tentative release date on the dvd....I was hoping in time for Christmas....

On that same note, I had ordered the Professor Satchafunkilus tablature book from Amazon at the beginning of September, with them saying the release date was the end of September. Now, mind you, I never actually believed that release date, and I was right...got an email it's delayed, lol.....I always figgered some time the end of November, or early December for the book. We'll see!

I got to hold a JS20S guitar on Thursday, it's very cool looking! Nice job Joe and Ibanez o'course, lol!

Hi, Joe, My name is Ramón, I´m from Spain. It´s a pleasure can talk to you. I remember when I saw you playng in Madrid, showing your " super colossal" disc. Was an incredible night! Like Jimmy Hendrix was your inspiration to play the guitar, YOU are my inspiration when I play my electric guitar, even when I compose, I think the essence of your music is present in my soul. I study classical guitar, ending the profesional grade, but at the same time I teach modern music (rock and blues) in a yamaha school of music.

When people ask me , ¿who was your teacher on electric guitar? I always said; Joe Satriani.

To finish, I want to say you THANK YOU, from the deeper of my heart, because have been put new colours in my life. The solo on " Come on Baby"...pufff, says a lot of you.

No more, it have been a pleasure, Ramón.

Igneousiceman - Good post. It's always great to watch a little Hendrix. He's quite amazing. I wonder what in the world ever made him pick up a guitar and think ya know, this will be fun to play upside down and backwards. Wish he hadn't gone so early on us. He certainly had much more to give to the music world.

You are on top of the world, doncha ?
Last time I met Joe it was also an incredible day for me.
And If he tells you "I finally got to meet you" it's something overwhelming and unbelievable. I'm still recovering from that.
It seems the setlist hasn't changed that much from that of the previous legs. Though I'm happy "Out of the sunrise" was not removed of my gig.

Hi everyone...I did a ton of driving this weekend, but I had a great time. I didn't see anyone mention anything about Sigur Ros, so maybe there aren't any other fans here...? Their show was awesome...it was threatening to rain all night, but most of it held off until the band's final song. And the rain started at such a perfect moment within the song, it was almost like it was part of the light/video show. Very cool. If you don't know anything about this band, go look 'em up...

The Ego - Hi...welcome! Tell us a bit about yourself...
Cappy Steve - Sorry to hear about your brother-in-law...let us know if there's anything we can do here.
lorenzo001 - That's a very cool cover of Oh Well. The Kenny Wayne Shepherd version of that is one of the first songs I learned to play on bass... There's a great riff there...
cheese101 - Awesome...thanks for the Bone videos. :-)
Guitarman77897 - I changed my name, but I'll only keep it this way for a month or so. I want my Out Of The Sunrise!

"Do the stu can you repost that one where you gave out the setlist for the chicago sho plz. "

Hmmm? I've made a few posts recently with a guess on what the setlist probably is, based on past reviews. Is that what you're talking about?

...Austin...

Hello to Joe and everyone,

js1200js1000: That must have been a badass/awesome Joe concert. Glad to hear that you had a great time. I was planning on trying to get tickets to see Joe in Cleveland this Friday, but I can't because of work and upcoming running races this October. Even my friend can't go because of work as well.

Well, I finally got both of those half-marathons out of the way. I was happy with both of them because I placed in the top 20 (overall) in each of them. Now I have to be ready for a competitive 5-Mile & 10K Race.

I DID IT!!!!! I FINALLY WILL HAVE ALL OF JOE'S CDS!! I am now waiting for Additional Creations to arrive in my mail sometime this week. Does anybody know if Joe will do another CD after his tours?

Joe, keep up all the good work and successes.

js1200js1000, again, glad to hear that the concert was awesome.

Gotta run, got some hospitality business to get done with.
