Kayla: Sorry to hear the bad news about the job and your boss..I've worked for many a$$ bosses, and the best way I've found to handle it is to move on (like you are), and start fresh. Bosses like that don't change unless you can take over. Good luck with the new one....
Ro'/: LMAO bro, lol....
/\/\/\R|<: Very cool indeed about Michael, I will be watching him..I always respect your advice. And I'm sure Michael is stoked to be playing with MP!!

Yes, Soraya is a truly great piece. I love Song of Solomon...I can't figure out the drummer keeps beat...it's all so perfectly random yet always on time. It a really exhilarating song.
I would love to see this guy up on stage jamming with you and Steve, Joe.

Damn....Thanks michelle, lol, now it is stuck in my head!! ;-)
WhammyFreak: The more I watch Tosin, the more I see a new genre and guitar style being created..he is such a breath of fresh air to the guitar world as is Guthrie, and to a different extent, Thal & B-head.... Someone said he is Jimi evolved & reincarnated, lol, that is an interesting take!

Black dog: yeah, that does help. If that's as far as it goes, then it's probably worth waiting a longer time to get a properly awesome guitar like the 1000 or even 1200. I would consider the 2400, but i just don't like the pickup that they used in the neck position.
But yeah, what kind of differences are there between the 1000 and 1200? And is it worth waiting a while (about a year) to buy a 1200?

Ibanezebra- As Al said honestly the js1200 ca is by far the best guitar ive owned and played! Id definatly wait and save well worth it you will not be disapointed!! As for the js 1000bp and the js 1200ca being similar not sure ive played my 1000 maybe 2 or 3 hrs total and ive owned it for about 7 yrs its signed and doodled by joe so its more of a collector to me!! But i did get the pic ups switched out for chorme toped ones!! Outher then that like i said always grab the 1200!!! If ya dont have a guitar now maybe look for a decent cheap one to tide ya over till ya save for the 1200!!

Is there anything special about Chromeboy? or is it just a js1000 painted chrome. A js1000 is ~$1800 plus it would be another couple hundred to paint it chrome. but a Chromeboy on e-bay goes for 10 grand. So 2k-2.5k for a chrome js1000 or 10k for a Chromeboy. whats the difference? better guitar?

To my understanding its not painted!! Also the chrome boy is made out of luthinite something like that google what it is exactly!! So long story short is the luthinite is hooked up with a negative and a positive current so when its chrome sprayed it will stick and get that shinny chome look if it didnt have the negative and positive current then the chome really wouldn't stick and look like shit if any of the chrome tried to stick!!!! Only speaking from my research!!!!

R.I.P. Clarence!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Clarence Clemons dies from stroke complications.
Clarence Clemons, the 69-year-old saxophonist for Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band since 1970, passed away on Saturday.
Clarence Clemons, Bruce Springsteen's longtime saxophone player and a legend in the music industry, died Saturday from complications following a stroke he suffered about a week ago.
Clemons' sax has been one of the most defining elements of the E Street Band's sound. He has suffered from numerous ailments over the last few years. He had double knee surgery and even had to perform from a wheelchair at one point.
But his health seemed to be improving. Just last month, he performed with Lady Gaga on the season finale of "American Idol."
Clemons scored a Top 20 hit in 1985 with the song "You're a Friend of Mine," a duet with Jackson Browne that appears on Clemons' album "Hero." Clemons was 69 years old.
The Newark Star-Ledger reports that: "Springsteen's oft-told story of his initial meeting with Clemons felt Biblical: with a lightning storm raging outside, the Big Man tore the door off an Asbury Park club, strode onstage, and made magic. Springsteen would later immortalize this meeting in "Tenth Avenue Freeze-out," a song on "Born to Run.""
Clemons was born in Norfolk, Va., to a Baptist minister who had no love for rock 'n' roll, The Star-Ledger reports. However, he got a saxophone at age 9, and when a car accident ruined his budding football career after college, he dedicated himself to music.
Right well, thanks for all the advice, i think i'll wait about a year for a 1200 then. Or i could wait half a year for a 1000...but the idea of having a 1200 is just unimaginable. I can't even think of playing a guitar that good! 1000 is pretty good too from the sounds of things. Guess i'll just have to see how things turn out.
Also, ive noticed on various websites that some 1200's come with the edge pro, but some just come with the edge. Which is better?
Father's Day here in the UK, so happy father's day to all you dads. I'll be spending it visiting my daughter in hospital. More pregnancy bleeding but thankfully no imminent danger to mother and child.
