Hello! I am a Russian fan of Joe! Recently the website organizers of concerts has posted information that on August 5, Moscow will host a concert G3! But no such event in the tour schedule http://www.satriani.com! Who could confirm the information?? We love and look forward to G3 in Russia!

Hello Joe, everyone,
I am writing to request permission to use the song, "Clouds Race Across the Sky" , studio version, in a new non-commercial personal CG animation, playing roughly 6 minutes.
Please let me know what is required to obtain Joe's (your) permission to include this song properly. Or please eMail me any details.
Thank you.
Rob

Hi Joe...
Luv Ya heaps but really disappointed.. Just over a week ago I added a show I'm attending (Sunday 1st of April, Palais Theatre) to the road section and it said there was an after show pass give away for that show...I was so excited and have been checking everyday to see if someone had been chosen and checking my email each day too...saw you guys when you were here in 2006 also...now today it says there is no after show pass giveaway...those little things mean so much to fans...just the excitement that it might be you.
Still Luv Ya...but I thought that was rather disappointing :( Looking forward to the show xx

Thanks chelle, it was a good evening, had dinner with my folks, brother and Chris. What more can you ask for? :))) And I still LOVE that song!!
That is odd that the aftershow drawings have been cancelled other than the first few....I checked the US Chickenfoot tour and all of those have been cancelled too. Not sure if it's a glitch or for real. Maybe Joe is just too tired to carry it on. Either way, still love him :)
Cappy, my experience is certainly not from the medical side of things but instead, from the social side. The two I know of that had G-B have both recovered to some degree, one more successfully than the other. Both ended up qualifying for our Social Security disability payments we have here in the US. Which means it was expected to b debilitating enough to prevent them from being able to perform meaningful work. One has an almost "normal" life, (if you can call anyone's life normal) but really cannot work. The other, well.....started out in really bad shape before this hit so is much worse off physically and ended up living in a ventilator-dependent care home.
I hope your young friend recovers as well as she can Cappy, it sucks that one so young has to deal with anything like this. Hugs.

Thanks for the info T. What a pisser. Gemma is young and was in reasonably good health so all we can do is hope for the best.
Edit - She's had a bad day today. FFS, she's already on life support and has had a tracheostomy THEN she has a bad day! Meanwhile war machines across the world trundle on burning obscene amounts of money finding different ways to kill people. Fecking world is mad. Rant rant rant.

Guitarman77897- Try running your guitar through the Time Machine and then directly to the amp and see what happens. If your tone still sucks and you've never had this problem before you may have received a bum pedal.
I don't know what else to tell ya as before I got a DD-7 to add to my DD-3, I used the DD-3 in conjunction with the delay on the RP-70 and it worked just fine. What delay settings are you using. Keep in mind that I don't really know anything about the Time Machine other than it is a delay pedal, lol...

Hello my dear Teacher.
First of all i'd like to thank you for being in this world and for the chance to learn with your music.
I'm listening and trying to play your compositions as well.
I work in the pop-orchestra and have made a few arrangements of your compositions for my band. Sorry for not asking for your permission but i have set this recording in YOUTUBE. Should i erase that and never do it again or you let me to continue?
Thanks anyway.
Your student Maxim Momot.

What they scrapped the aftershows!? awwwwww... sucks
and yeah guitarman ya need to shove the delay in the loop. I know you don't have one, but it will fuck it all up unless it's in there =/ it's probably making everything muddy especially with some sort of overdrive before it

Yeah since there is no loop my chain goes:
JS1000, Big bad Wah, Satchurator distortion, Ice9 Overdrive, Digitech RP90, Time Machine delay, Peavey Valveking Royal 8.
I was going to get the JSA for my birthday and a new amp for christmas, but now I think I need to switch that.
I see a rocktron effects looper on guitarcenter.com for $120 and another cheaper keeley one for $85.
Will that take care of my problem or should I just wait 3 months?
