Hi Joe! My name is Jody Clark. I am 27 and i have been listening to you since i was a kid and played my parents Time Machine tapes, over and over again! I love Echo and Memories, especially the live versions, they are so powerfull. That "jungle music" intro on Circles is amazing, how did you make those sounds? Also my other fav is the feedback intro on Flying off the live album, it is the most beautiful thing ive ever heard OMG. When that last note rises right before the drums start and you whammy away, its perfect, i love it.
Anyways, pleeeeease come back to Minneapolis, Minnesota soon for a solo show with your band, or G3, Chickenfoot, anything! I missed the May 11th show and your solo 2008 show, so i would really like to see a solo show in Mpls soon.
JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOEEE!!!

Dear maestro ! Happy to hear you will return to Venezuela this year. Like the last meet & greet, I hope to be there with you again but this time looking for your signature on my JS2400 !!! I remember clearly when I asked you that time for a 24 frets JS guitar.
Ps: this time I have not noticed how I can have access like that time. Now it looks like it is a kind of contest... Help me out please ! Thanks !!!!

I love Jerry Brown, he is doing a wonderful job in California. I especially love his Prison realignment project, early release programs are allowing thirty thousand inmates in California the right to freedom. I'm sure they didn't mean to kill that person or steal that car or mug that old lady. Those sound like simple mistakes. Everyone deserves a fifth, sixth and tenth chance. Besides, why spend tax dollars on prisons when we have people on welfare to support. Another thing I love about Jerry is the way he thinks outside the box and completely dismisses "Maslows Hierarchy of Needs" and lays off cops and firemen. Under Maslow's system, Safety is more important than social needs and things like library's and museums, but Jerry is smarter that that. Cops are more expensive than librarians, so lets let the cops go! Besides, now I can spend all my disposable income on security cameras and guns to protect my home, instead of my medications and gasoline. Not to mention with all these criminals free and getting their lives together, I can hone my observational skills, by watching out for crime myself. Jerry Brown is a great humanitarian. He recently gave 88 million to the "California Dream Act", so Illegal aliens can apply and receive institutional grants for colleges and universities along with Cal grants and Chafe Grants. Its OK that Iam California legal resident and American citizen doesn't meet the requirement for financial aid, I like paying full price for reduced enrollment classes and texts. Everyone should be able to get their Liberal arts degree for free and get a job as CEO of E-Bay. You deserve it Juan! Jerry, keep up the great work, you're making California more alert, less cool and over-regulated. What do we need small businesses for anyway. We can buy everything at Walmart!

Now ya done gone and dropped the F bomb bomb! For those who are afraid of the F bomb, move along. Nothing to see here.
Listen up, listen up! -
Here we go -
It's a fucked up world -
A fucked up place -
Everybody's judged by their fucked up face -
Fucked up dreams -
Fucked up life -
A fucked up kid -
With a fucked up knife -
Fucked up moms -
And fucked up dads -
It's a fucked up a cop -
With a fucked up badge -
Fucked up job -
With fucked up pay -
And a fucked up boss -
Is a fucked up pain -
Fucked up press -
And fucked up lies -
Well, Lethal's in the back -
With the fact of the fires
Hey, it's on -
Everybody knows it's on -
Hey, it's on -
Everybody knows it's on -
Ain't it a shame that you can't say "Fuck" -
Fuck's just a word -
And it's all fucked up -
Like a fucked up punk -
With a fucked up mouth -
A nine inch nail -
I'll get knocked the fuck out -
Fucked up aids -
From fucked up sex -
Fake ass titties -
On a fucked up chest -
We're all fucked up -
So whatcha wanna do? -
We fucked up me -
And fucked up you
You wanna fuck me like an animal -
You'd like to burn me on the inside -
You like to think that I'm a perfect drug -
Just know that nothing you do -
Will bring you closer to me
Ain't life a bitch? -
A fucked up bitch -
A fucked up sore with a fucked up stitch -
A fucked up head -
Is a fucked up shame -
Swinging on my nuts -
Is a fucked up game -
Jealousy filling up a fucked up mind -
It's real fucked up -
Like a fucked up crime -
If I say "Fuck", two more times -
That's forty six "Fucks" in this fucked up rhyme

6 nights and 7 days until the Foot stomps Portland. Handicapped with a broken leg and we are still going to go and have our spirits lifted. Hope the band has had enough time playing together so far, I want the music to be tighter than a 'virgin's honey pie'. "Red"

Freddy - I hope you and Shannon have a blast, you certainly appear to have had more than your share of fucked up times (sorry, couldn't resist continuing the 'fucked up' theme) and deserve some good times. \m/

Damn, to be honest I completely forgot June 3rd was right around the corner! I haven't made ANY plans for the trip to Portland. I was planning on flying and taking a cab everywhere, but I think it's a little late for that; so, it looks like I'll be enduring the 7 hour drive...
I think I'll drive up on the 2nd and drive back on the 5th.
Hotel recommendations, anyone?
Ian
EDIT- Oh, BTW, that new Vai song doesn't sound too bad...
Oh, and disregard the hotel. I'm staying at some dive called the Aladdin Inn. Google says it is about 6 miles from the concert hall, so since I'll have my own ride, shouldn't be too bad.

Two Shay, we agree with the f'd up times. whenever it comes our way we have to laugh at it, if we give it anymore than that then we would probably just give up.

hello everybody. I've listened Joe's music many times this week, the live in SF, live 2006, live in Paris and my new live in Montreal in particular, and I got this Idea: " What would be Joe's PERFECT live"
So I've made a list of the songs I like the most from all Joe's album and then I've placed them in the order I'd have liked to listen them in a live. here's my list (it's maybe a little too long)
1 Flying in a blue dream 2 The extremist 3 Time machine
4 Crystal planet 5 Is there love in space 6 If I could Fly
7 Not of this hearth 8 Surfing with the alien 9 Ice 9
10 Solitude 11 friends 12 Cool 9
1 premonition 2 dream song 3 revelation 4 love thing
5 ten words 6 supercolosal 7 made of tears 8 cryin'
9 Chords of life 10 god is crying 11 until we say goodbye
12 crowd chant 13 Andalusia
What do you think of that, And, according to you what would be the perfect live ?
