Not sure if anybody has ever asked you this question Joe, but here goes:

Where is the strangest place you have ever found one of your used plectrums?

Oh, and has your good lady Rubina ever told you off for not emptying your pockets before putting your laundry into the wash basket? :-D (mine normally doesn't, she just pockets the cash I leave in there lol).

Looking forward to your next visit to the UK already!!

Hope you found some time for R&R during your hectic schedule.

Nite nite.

Saw Marilyn Manson & Alice Cooper tonight. Killer show. Great opening band called Picture Me Broken. Check 'em out. She's a growler :-)

Orianthi was playing with AC. F'n wailed on her guitar! So cool to watch her!

Ears ringing. Throat hurts.

Awesome!

Hey Joe,

Just a short word about your gig in Manchester UK. The reason people were sat down is the draconian security at the place. A couple of years back when you toured, me and a mate were the first to stand... only to be told to sit or else by the nazi security guards. It seems fun is a word they haven't learned yet.

Maybe you can talk to the management next time and allow people to stand if they want to - I know I wanted to stand but the prior experience stalled me from doing so. Fantastic gig though please come back soon!

Slim - Joes team have spoken to management at the venues. Whether the venues agree or not is unclear but they all nod favourably yes. If there's then a tranlsation issue with security, or just security doing their own thing I don't know, but agree it's a pain in the wotsit.

The band need feedback as much as we need to know the band is having a good time and letting loose, but for as long as we get this problem at seated venues it's going to be a catch 22.

Shepherds Bush & Indig02 were a different affair, as was Portsmouth (even with the latter being seated)

It's a tricky one :)

Hi Joe, many thanks for an absolutely amazing concert at the Portsmouth Guildhall....For me and my son it was the second time we've seen you live (Birmingham Symphony Hall back in 2010) and simply blew us both away. The new album was brilliantly showcased as well as a generous sprinkling of earlier classics. Thank once again, and we both eagerly await your next tour of the UK!!

:D

Not surprised to see so many amazing reviews of the current tour, I knew right away when I saw the line-up that it was going to be beyond epic. I am thrilled to no end that I will get to see the band here in Ottawa, front row no less! Now I just have to secure the aftershow passes, then my quest will be complete.

Hard to believe its been 26 years of listening to Joe & his music. His discography is like the soundtrack to my adult life. I have SO MANY amazing memories set to his music. Summer Song being my fondest, driving home from hearing my Daughter's heartbeat in-utero for the first time on a beautiful hot sunny day. Annie (Satri-Annie?) turns 10 this year & I'm still teleported back to that moment every time I hear Summer Song.

Thank you Joe for ALL the amazing memories!
Hope to finally meet you this time in Ottawa!

smooches,

Hi Joe, after many months of anticipation went to the Colston Hall , Bristol, Concert on 12th June and was completely 'blown away' it was an absolutely superb concert from start to finish. Thank you so much for coming to Bristol Joe and giving so many of your fans a concert to remember ! Please, please come back to Bristol on your next tour. I have listened to your music more and more since being introduced to it by a friend some years ago and now I am a big fan despite my senior years ( I am in my 65th year ). I find now matter where I am and what I am doing your music pops into my head frequently and with crisp clarity. Your music and guitar work have, for me, an ethereal quality that is unsurpassed - thank you Joe for the never ending gift. Really hope next time my wife and I can afford to do the VIP meet and greet !
