Hi everybody, I`m new here and I`m speachless about the show in BERLIN. It was amazing, for soms moments I can`t falting back my tears, the music touch my soul and that`s what Joe`s music is for me, a soulpicture. I be also afraid about MARCO MINNEMANN, he`s so cool, thanks fot the drumhead. It is an the wall near the drumhead of JEFF Campitelli(G3 in Hamburg 2012) above my drums. I hope we see us again, good times for your tour, I`m greeting all

Joe, I don't know where to start or even how to convey what I need to say, but here's my best attempt:
I am in love with a man that plays acoustic guitar. Within the 1st week of dating, he introduced me to the sounds of Joe Satriani. Over the 3 1/2 years that we've been dating, he has inspired me with not only his guitar, but in his perception & interpretations of your music. Your music comes through the speakers every weekend that we're together (as we live 2 hours apart). He told me when we first met, that there was no one that could play guitar like you & after listening, I was hooked. Me. A girl born in Arkansas and raised in the Carolinas. A girl, who's first music love was always country. :)
I've heard him describe you so many ways. Real. Powerful. Phenomenal. Expert. Amazing. He hears a rawness and emotion in your music that emotionally touches him. Because of the look in his eye, the focus on his face & the calmness of his body when he listens to you - it touches me too.
I cannot describe to you, how much I love this man. I am a single mom & have been since 1998. I am also a survivor of sexual assault & marital rape. I've spent years, raising my children - and putting "my" life on hold, sacraficing as a mother should. God blessed me with Dave (my boyfriend) in February 2010. I can tell you that for a long time, I never believed I would have love in my life. And now, here we are.
It is a dream of Dave's to see you play live (based on many conversations & "daydream" descriptions). Times have been tough - I won't lie..taking a significant paycut with my job, paying for emergency surgery last year (for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy - which at 41, came as some kind of shock), etc. But, I will eat rice & beans for 6 months if I have to. When I googled your tour dates, I thought my insides would implode.
To make a long story very short, I just purchased Meet & Greet tickets to your September 17th show in Nashville, TN. September 17th also happens to be Dave's birthday - no better gift for him than to bring him to see you. I am beyond excited for him because I know how much this is going to mean to him. We joke sometimes, as we're sitting on the patio of his Asheville home, drinking wine: "Wonder what it would be like if Joe was here - playing guitar with me - having a drink with us." He sees you not only as a guitar playing phenom, but as a regular guy.
I know that this is probably not the best avenue for me to voice this personal message, but it's the only way I know to possibly get the message TO you.
It was very important to me, that you know how intimately your music touches Dave, how I've come to emotionally connect to it, how much it is a part of our time together, and how deeply your music influences Dave.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am so excited to see you and meet you. Dave is going to be beside himself when I tell him. I had wanted to keep it a secret - a birthday surprise; but I know how much this is going to mean to him and I have to tell him sooner than later. ;)
Good luck with your tour. We will see you in September - for our birthday weekend & for what will be, one of the best days of Dave's life.
Wendy

JOE!!!! Your new CD is just AWESOME!! Just bought it!! I have to say Celebration is by far my fav. Its a little short, but the message is in full and it makes me 'Happy" ( Im turning on other people to your music), and everyone agree's that Celebration makes people smile.
And just a message to all out there (prob not this site) as awesome as Joe is, people, buy the CD. Kids today steal to much, and dont get it, if you steal the music, we wont have it any longer. Keep Joe going, and spend a lousy $10 (should be more) and keep Joe going.

Hello,
We are set for the Cincinnati Show at the Taft.. It will be an incredible JS show no doubt!
Can't wait for that !
My friends and I would like to ask Joe, has he considered collaborating with Greg Howe, either with the Chickenfoot project, or in a G3?
The 2013 Maragold album release has some seriously tasty vocal and guitar work that would compliment the work Joe is doing with Sammy and Michael in the Chickenfoot band.
From the listener's point of view, It seems there would be real synergy there.. Something more completely musical than fans, can often find.
Second point, There would be no doubt, that a G3 with Joe, Greg Howe, and Steve Vai would be an incredible treat to most of us..
Ever consider it... Any chance ?

Dear Joe, I have been reviewing your tour schedule and noticed that you are not coming to Indiana. Your schedule take you to Chicago, through Michigan and then down into Ohio. Is there a particular reason you are not making any stops in Indiana? You have a great many devoted fans here who would love to see you. Thanks. Ray
