Hey everyone,
I hope everyone is doing okay on this Monday, or Holiday (Martin Luther King Jr. Day). Got today off, but then it is back to work early in the morning for the next three days.
Maritime: Blue Monday to you as well.
SuperDaveMcCarthy: Sorry for the loss of your friend. Prayers to you, the families, and everyone.
Michelle: Well, one team isn't bad. Good luck to the Steelers in the Super Bowl. I hope things are going well at your job.
Anibur: Same to you. I hope things are going well with your job as well.
Skippygirl: Glad to hear you are doing well. You continue playing guitar, while I continue to run.
Igneousiceman: How's everything going with you (and the swimming)?
Blue_Moon: Hey Al, how's Spain?
GoldenGirl2: I hope your guitar playing is going well as usual.
Well, gotta go. Got to take care of some things around here. Talk with you all later.

mhm yeah! ,it the paint on my exhaust on my ski-doo that has been doing everything to me including the way i am now.You see when i was younger some of my equipment like snowmobils ski-doo,s and can-am dirtbikes required special attention like my formula and my 250t`nt can-am the pipes like they get rusted so bad it devolps naturaly through paint ,believe it or not and i catch it before it destroys the pipe now i do this this way because it saves my exhaust that i canot purchase and money i use tremclad flat black high heat paint not automotive i use the stuff for barbecues and woodstoves now no matter what you do the pipe would still rott so i thin it with this paint thiner called varsol,it,s kind of oily penetrates the pipes and seals them when mixed with the paint the thing about the woodstove and barbecue paint is you cant spill oil on it because it is not autmotive you can abit if theirs lot,s of varsol all you need is a very little bit of paint like an ounce for colour to a 1/3 cup of varsol or more i can get about 4 pipes out of a small ,baby can of tremclad with my varsol you would get almost one pipe not proper with spary automotive tremclad .Anyways varsol clean,s your ight out your whole boddy tottaly kills every single germ thats made dirt pass,s all dirt from entire body everyone knows that it,s called tuin varsol kill,s tuin like to innn!. you were right ricket it,s the varsol! it slows you right down makes your heart fele like it is not working makes your upper body larger in size it,s made by the same people as the turbo power antifreeze it,s my cut paint pipe alana the header i made myself the ypipelike on the formula about 17 years ago anyways later wolf2,.some people think it makes you crazy to use varsol that it does not it makes you realy healthy too health it seem like a hill to health right now from what it,s doing too me later wolf2. im not listening until after coffee and meds later wolf2.

Super Dave - sorry to hear your friend passed away, condolences.
Glitzy - yes I'll keep playing and you keep running - I think my body is really built for strength not for running, at least not distance running. I can sprint from 30 years of basketball but the flat running isn't getting any easier or better. Yesterday I did a short 5km walk around the area of the beach we are staying and just ran up the hills, I couldn't run more than a few hundred metres.
Al - hope you are having a lovely time in Spain.
Michelle - sorry to hear you have 2 wks off, but as you say it is a good opportunity to catch up on odd jobs.
GG2 - can you outline what you are learning in each lesson and what you find hard/easy? Sounds like a great experience, nothing like talking to an expert.

During a visit to the mental hospital, I asked the Director how do you determine whether or not a patient should be institutionalized?
'Well,' said the Director, 'we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub.'
'Oh, I understand,' I said.
'A normal person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup.'
'No' said the Director, 'A normal person would pull the plug.
Do you want a bed near the window?'
