Oh dear, coldplay didn't win any brits... ok, that's childish of me, but it was brought to my attention, along with it being cool not to like them... I assume they've pi**ed off more peeps than just Sir Joe
Ibanez God - yep, good edit. Shame you can't really tell if what you're doing is having an effect
Igneous - guess I have to take a trip to the gear shop and try them out. Probably is, none of my local places like it cranked up. If the 4.5 comes in team colours (which I just find a more interesting colour set) then that might be the one. More interesting lance vids on his site, and he's doing pretty well in the tour of California
Michelle - was that be frenchy or be frenchied (it was valentines day after all ha ha)? J o k e. Not sure pink's my colour, and I suppose if I come as Danny I won't make it past security.... BTW, I thought THIS was Al's other love, or did I lose track?
Ozzy Fudd - yeah, I suppose it (valentines) is commercial as hell, but I look at it as a handy reminder to be nice for 1 day out of the 365 lmao
Cheese - nice find on "Clouds race...". Yeah, maybe that was a little brave but seeing as I fessed up about tears, and Chelle called me out on wearing a big red dress I guess there's nothing to hide LOL an there is no way in hell I'm doing a video of me as Frenchie - because I can't sing ; ) Definitely will be allowing extra days next time (wahoo)
Do The Stu - that's brave (13 being your fave number). I def remember the Reno conversation, I think more so the look on your Dad's face when I started talking about Marino, he was chuffed (I think). I tend to avoid that as a seat number for anything, doh! Any luck on cop chick LOL ? Oh, Coldplay starting a US tour I think - starting in Oregon. We should send in the Cheese as our weapon of choice (wot say u trace?)
Blue Moon - thanks for all your lady pics. Which one was cop chic?
Nite all

Mr. McKenna--Cream puffs are tasty, but I'll settle for some of those ginger biscuits and a scone with my tea. Irish tea is the best! I'm not biased! LOL!
My friend in Santa Cruz invited me over for tea and what he really meant was T time or Tennis time! I'm terrible at tennis--I hold the racket like I'm playin' badmitton. Habit from me little girl days. Then when I get around to holding the tennis racket the way it's supposed to be done, I swing too soon or too late! I'm back to playin' my guitar! It feels more natural anyway.
Michelle--Next time you come out West, let me know and I'll roll out the red carpet! It would be great to meet you in person.
Tracie--I may be headed up your way this Summer. I know it's gonna be hot as hell here in Cali and I've never been north of the Oregon border. My Steve says it's time to visit Oregon and Washington states. I couldn't agree more.
DoTheStu--Jeff Beck is in California? Since when? I wonder why we didn't get word sooner. What a legend!

Everyone needs to go check out the Chickenfoot website...there's a new video up there. There's the craziness we've come to expect from Joe-related videos, and I think we get a glimpse of what might be a Chickenfoot logo.
A small piece of the teaser we've already heard plays in the background, but at the end there's about 15 seconds of an actual song that's new to us. Woohoo!
Man, I really like this clip. I hear a bit of a Rock Candy (Montrose) vibe and that kind of early 70s classic rock feel, but there's something else in there too that just makes it AWESOME. :-)
Everyone needs to sign up for email updates through the site, too...
Blue_Moon - Where did you first see Katherine Heigl? Everyone is crazy about her from Grey's Anatomy, but I knew her from the TV series Roswell from 10 years ago. And she wasn't even the most good looking person on that show...check out Majandra Delfino. Here's a show promo photo of her from back then:
http://www.angelfire.com/music4/sons/images/sgirl4.jpg
And the internet tells me it's her birthday today, so....happy birthday to Majandra!
Pip Satriani - Man, it'd be fun to get a dozen or so of us together for a Coldplay show in San Francisco just to wear the Viva La Fraude shirts and hold up a "Satriani Rules" banner...haha. I'm cruel...
Mahavishnu - Hmmm...I might just take you up on the offer of the extra ticket. How much was it, and when do you need to know by?
...Austin...

Hello, Joe and all!
So, this blonde girl is walking through the woods and comes to a clearing by a river. Just as she looks up, she sees another blonde with a rope across the river. " Can you throw the rope over here so I can get to the other side?" she yells.
..The blonde with the rope replies: " you ARE on the other side".
...Alright...when are we gonna see a 2009 schedule?..I'm already going through withdrawl...

New INXS singer says broke, homeless after fired from band
SYDNEY (Reuters) – The lead singer of Australian rock band INXS, J.D. Fortune, who was picked to replace the late Michael Hutchence in a contest on a reality TV show, said he has been fired without warning from the band.
Fortune, 35, a Canadian rock singer, was living out of his car when he won the CBS network's 2005 reality TV series "Rock Star:INXS."
He became the frontman for the six-man band, taking the place of 37-year-old Hutchence who was found dead in a Sydney hotel room in November 1997 with a coroner ruling he had committed suicide.
With Fortune, INXS released the album "Switch" and went on a world tour in 2006 and 2007 to promote the album that featured the singles "Pretty Vegas" and "Afterglow."
But Fortune told Entertainment Tonight Canada that INXS fired him literally with a handshake at an airport in Hong Kong, leaving the band without a frontman and with a new album on hold.
"I found myself really alone because I had travelled with these guys for 23 months," Fortune told Entertainment Tonight Canada without saying exactly when he was sacked.
He acknowledged that he had been taking drugs including cocaine while with the band but said he had been drug free for two years.
Fortune said he was now back living out of his car and had spent all his remaining money on a solo album called "The Death of a Motivational Speaker."
"From the street to the air back to the street again. It is only me," he said.
A spokeswoman for INXS told the Australian media that she could not comment on Fortune's sacking.

A Cowboy Named Bud
A cowboy named Bud was overseeing his herd in a remote mountainous pasture in California when suddenly a brand-new BMW advanced toward him out of a cloud of dust.
The driver, a young man in a Brioni suit, Gucci shoes, RayBan sunglasses and YSL tie, leaned out the window and asked the cowboy, "If I tell you exactly how many cows and calves you have in your herd, Will you give me a calf?"
Bud looks at the man, obviously a yuppie, then looks at his peacefully grazing herd and calmly answers, "Sure, Why not?"
The yuppie parks his car, whips out his Dell notebook computer, connects it to his Cingular RAZR V3 cell phone, and surfs to a NASA page on the Internet, where he calls up a GPS satellite to get an exact fix on his location which he then feeds to another NASA satellite that scans the area in an ultra-high-resolution photo.
The young man then opens the digital photo in Adobe Photoshop and exports it to an image processing facility in Hamburg , Germany.
Within seconds, he receives an email on his Palm Pilot that the image has been processed and the data stored. He then accesses an MS-SQL database through an ODBC connected Excel spreadsheet with email on his Blackberry and, after a few minutes, receives a response.
Finally, he prints out a full-color, 150-page report on his hi-tech, miniaturized HP LaserJet printer, turns to the cowboy and says, "You have exactly 1,586 cows and calves."
"That's right. Well, I guess you can take one of my calves," says Bud.
He watches the young man select one of the animals and looks on with amusement as the young man stuffs it into the trunk of his car.
Then the Bud says to the young man, "Hey, if I can tell you exactly what your business is, will you give me back my calf?"
The young man thinks about it for a second and then says, "Okay, why not?"
"You're a Congressman for the U.S. Government", says Bud.
"Wow! That's correct," says the yuppie, "but how did you guess that?"
"No guessing required." answered the cowboy. "You showed up here even though nobody called you; you want to get paid for an answer I already knew, to a question I never asked. You used millions of dollars worth of equipment trying to show me how much smarter than me you are; and you don't know a thing about how working people make a living - or about cows, for that matter.. This is a herd of sheep. ...
Now give me back my dog."

From Maxine
Think about this one:
1. Cows
2..The Constitution
3. The Ten Commandments
C O W S
Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the mad cow epidemic our government could track a single cow, born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she slept in the state of Washington? And, they tracked her calves to their stalls. But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country. Maybe we should give each of them a cow.
T H E C O N S T I T U T I O N
They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq .... Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it has worked for over 200 years, and we're not using it anymore.
T H E 1 0 C O M M A N D M E N T S
The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a courthouse is this:
You cannot post 'Thou Shalt Not Steal,' 'Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery,' and 'Thou Shall Not Lie' in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.
