fatape: how'd you go with the lotto?
I got all numbers. But they were on different lines, does that still work? It's like bingo right?
GoldenGirl2: Less people buying cds means they will become more collectible doesn't it.
I reckon Chickenfoot should come out with a 12" Vinyl as a collectors item with the heat-sensitive artwork and a rubber chicken foot keyring.
Just played 4 games of Football (20 minute halves) then had a few beers and bacardis - mefanway!
I am completely stuffed. G'night.

Goodmorning! Daylight saving time, love it. Couple of more weeks and breakfast, lunch, and diner will be outside on the terrace. I will celebrate now with cappucino!
F1 was crazy!
GG2 I still buy CD´s, lot´s of them. Prefer dynamics and depth in sound. Let´s forget music ´journalists´. Going to Chickenfoot twice is too expensive for me. Glad you enjoy the book. Do you also kiss 6 times in 2 minutes now? ;-P
Michellica you know Jason Newsted will join Metallica at the Rock Hall induction?

He has played with Pat Travers, Paul Gilbert, TOTO as well as his own material. He grew up not far from me and I had the please of knowing him 20-25 years ago. Joe--I agree with Cheese101.....Please let us see your expressive eyes and wear those great hats on stage.
Tracie--It's clear from the vids that Joe loves to perform before an audience--somethin he learned from his sisters, no doubt as well as the inborn genius.
Alan McKenna--Do yerself and all of us a favor, please, please rest, relax, take some deep breathes, play yer guitar, listen to Joe's music, Steve Vai's music, Eddy Money's music, whatever calms ya down and come back into the REAL world and eat yer potatoes, onion soup, nips, cabbage, all the good stomach soothing foods--comfort foods and plan that trip to Canada to spend the rest of your life with the one you were meant to be with! That's an order, young man!

Anne Ernest--Welcome to the forum. I haven't studied the French language, so I will speak my native English. What is your favorite Satriani song?
Guitarvibes--I have read up to the part about World War 2 and the shit the Nazis dumped on the Dutch and how they tortured them by consuming all their food and resources. How this could happen to such a determined, compassionate people was despicable--damn Nazis!! It sure gave the Germans a bad name.
Back in the summer of 1970 my sister Deb visited Europe and when she was in Germany she visited a shop in West Berlin and the shop owner was very friendly and a bit possessive or fatherly? When she said her last name was Fidler, he said "No, Fielder--German!" She said, "No, Fidler, English!" He seemed determined to make her name German. Deb was very puzzled by this German man. He said she could become German. He couldn't seem to accept that she came from English background. He wanted her to be German!! LOL!! She looks back on her experiences with the Germans as rather humorous! She said she loves most the Dutch, English, French, Spanish and Italians (although the Italian men looked like they were drooling over her and the other 18-year-old girls in her post high school group.

You're right scuba, thanks for the memory-nudge, lol....
But hmmmm, I'm not 100% convinced that I would throw Revelation in there with the list of other vids.....the song isn't complete......but any video of Joe is worth watching, lol! I guess I was just thinking of the more commercial videos with the whole song in them, like what I had on the list, plus I Just Wanna Rock, can't believe I fergot that one!!
Are there any more anyone knows about? My brain cells are old ya know.....

Race fans of all sorts- Just watching the NASCAR race and commentator chat about wheels,...NASCAR and F1 are the only ones to hold on to wheel size for quita few years with word of Goodyear possibly developing a larger diameter tire for use in NASCAR. All with brakes in mind. In short track races or road courses these cars are murder on brakes and with the tire bead being so close to the brake calipers a great deal of heat builds up and ultimately causing the bead to fail, resulting in a car in the wall. NASCAR still uses a steel wheel which holds a bead better than alloy when the wheel becomes damaged. But steel also transfers heat rapidly. With manufacturers now offering larger wheel diameters on new automobiles, NASCAR may be pushing for a change to probably a 17"
Did the Australian GP go well for you?

Scuba- 13" tires on F1?..
15" tires are not common today at all with American manufacturers. NASCAR rules have always been geared toward "stock" equipment closest to what a daily driver offers. With need for a larger brake to disperse heat, I see a change coming. My thoughts are that they should allow alloy wheels to also help with heat transfer problems at least on tracks where speeds are slower.
