Rained here yesterday and we are havin' some showers today.
Thanks Jon Luini for your timely update and new page! I'm lookin' forward to buying the new CF album on CD at my local Best Buy.....I wonder if I can order it early (Scottish or Irish accent please...Yeeoow!).
For all T2Jers who are interested--My Steve and I were at Stanford for about 5 hours yesterday first seeing his neuropsychiatrist, having lunch and then seeing his epileptologist. The first doctor said Steve needs counseling once a week for the next at least 9 or 10 weeks. Then when we were waiting to see his epileptologist, the nurse from his office came in and said the doctor was bringing in one of his students to observe the appointment. After the doctor came in he let us know we have no choice except surgery (for placing electrodes and wires) and the cyberknife radiation beam after 2 to 3 weeks of healing beyond the surgery. It was like a bombshell--Steve said stop it doc, yer scaring me. The doctor looked him straight in the eye and said we have tried all the available medication therapies and implants won't work because the batteries have to be changed every 5 years....that leaves only the one option. So we agreed to go ahead after we get the hematologist to do a blood workup to make sure Steve won't bleed to death on the operating table! Holy shit! I don't know what else to tell ya. This will definitely bankrupt us! Come August and September (CF concert time) Steve may have a painful swelling in his brain from the cyberknife radiation treatments. The doc said it may take about a year for him to fully recover. I don't know if his employer will support him in this or not. State disability.....no funds!! Social Security Disability? Hell....at this point it's anyones guess! I guess we should prepare to loose our car and our house!! ;-/

Anti-epileptic meds only do so much.....just changed the kind of seizures Steve has NOT the frequency. The 3 AEDs make him tired, drowsy and interrupt his watching movies and our conversations.....he has to stand and hold my hand for us to have a meanful conversation these days.....it's ok but it's NOT OK because it ain't normal......he needs to feel like a living man not a dead man walking!
Joe---My Steve is gonna have your low maintenance hairstyle soon only he's keeping his beard. Don't know what else to say. What's your friend Steve Vai up to these days?

Would anyone really give a rats ass about chickenfoot if Joe was'nt involved? Have you ever, after listening to a Sammy Hagar song, A van Halen song, or a Red Hot Chilli Peppers song, had the same feelings you did after listening to one of Joe's songs? In my opinion 3/4's of Chickenfoot have never done anything that makes you say WOW ! I gotta hear that again. Just voicing my thoughts.

Well, probably I wouldn't give a damn for Chickenfoot if Joe wasn't in. But he is in, and the other three are not newbies in the business. So it's alrite for me.
As a matter of fact, I'm already and officially a new CHICKENHEAD !
Keniko, it's wonderful having you arround here !
Greetings to all T2Jers!

webmaster - Thanks for the updates. I'm at work right now and can't watch the video, but the new home page looks cool.
FYI, on the band page of the Chickenfoot site (here), the photo caption is incorrect...Chad, not Joe, is on the far right. The sunglasses are confusing! ;-)
Takfarinas - Hi...my first exposure to Joe would've been the first G3 album, with Eric Johnson and Steve Vai.
Welcome to the site, by the way...
byrne - Sorry to hear about your dog... :-(
roffler - I'm a huge Sammy Hagar fan, so yes I'd be interested in the project if Joe weren't involved. I was actually interested in it two years or so ago, before Satch was even a part of it.
...Austin...

HEy Chickenheads!!! I love Chickenfoot!!!!
GG2- .That's not a low maintenance hairdo. I shave everyday and blades are expensive....wish you and Steve all the best of luck.
Did I mention I love Chickenfoot?...
Glitz Man- I worked for Pioneer 5 years in parent soybeans and the last 2 seasons in sales. Went on to manage a large seed plant that did contract conditioning for Pioneer.
Let it not be misunderstood that there is not one thing I dislike about Chickenfoot........This linup for me is a dream come true, being a Sammy and VH fan,..and Joe to put the icing on the cake.
I love Chickenfoot!!!!!!. Did I say that already?..................

Ya know some people wouldn't be happy if you beat 'em with a new stick....You are all entitled to your opinion but guys a supergroup doesn't come along everyday....When a group of fellas get along as good as these 4 guys seem to, good things are just bound to happen...Remember optimism...
Rough day,..but got a good bit accomplished.. Hope all is well for you all, and I know it is now that we have an official Chickenfoot Fan Club!!
Good night,..Must get up early..Bye now!!
