Ron44 - Hi...welcome to the site! It's cool that you're a Sammy fan, too. What are some of your favorite albums of his? His early stuff is very good, but I think I favor his post-VH albums...
shredguy - Joe will be focused on Chickenfoot through the end of the year or so. If Chad goes back to work with the Red Hot Chili Peppers after that I bet all the other guys will do solo projects...if not, they'll probably get right to work on the second Chickenfoot album.
elpp - I've noticed the same thing about Joe's solo albums from SBM through SC (I won't include PSATMOR in that...I think he went into some new directions there). I like how Chickenfoot is an extension of that "sound" in a way, because maybe that'll mean when Joe makes his next solo album he'll go for something completely different.
I guess we'll have to wait and see (hear) what happens...!

Chad - dude, sorry to hear you've stuffed your arm (not that you'll read this) but getter better soon mate.
Do The Stu - it was his right, near the elbow. Straight after there was a mass of blood but the camera I was using had lousy zoom so I couldn't get that shot.
I would have thought it was just a bruised elbow from that injury so just guessing it's unrelated... guessing though
Oh, here's a shot of it after (I think).
Chadsters elbow
edit... there's also a little mini video on the Chickenfoot homepage... "expect the unexpected"

scubadaz / fatape - I emailed RubyG and told him to chill...not sure if that'll do anything, but I didn't want to bug Jon on his birthday. Although it's after midnight now...hmmm. ;-)
Pip Satrini - Oh, OK...thanks. That injury doesn't look like it's related.
The news item on the Chickenfoot site says Chad has "torn" his small bicep. I hope that's just a poor choice of words...if it really is a tear, the band could be off the road for the rest of the year while he recovers. Hopefully it's not more than a strain...

I was surfing onto youtube yesterday to find some Vangelis work, & find this one, thinking i'm gonna to listen to Vangelis & Jarre, but nope.. had to recognize immediatly the unique style of Mike Olfield.
For those about to appreciate modern orchestral approach.

How's the funny harem pants he's wearing (and EVH) in Live Without a Net?? Mind you he was a fit bugger, looked like an aerobics instructor......maybe that's where Sacha Baron Cohen got the inspiration for Bruno???
C'mon Lleyton Hewitt!!!!
