Michelle - I can't take Vicodin either. Had a bad tooth a couple years ago that stuff made me sick and did nothing to dull the pain.
Thanks all for the birthday wishes for my husband.
GG - happy BD.

Do the Stu--Thanks for showing a picture of your beautiful blue bass some time ago. Great pickguard design. I think it's a work of art! Looks like a fun instrument to play. Hope it gives you hours of pleasure!

burly - hiya buddy, everything is dandy here got a few more things sorted at our (recently renovated) house over the weekend. My 1981 Healing TV (wooden cabinet on a chrome star-shape pedestal base) which I bought the year I moved out of home, has finally been retired with much ceremony and ado.
We got a new 120cm LCD for our main living area and a smaller one for the kids's living area - it was like leaping technology Batman, and we stuck a DVD in and gazed at it for ages. Then I got an hour to watch Una Noche in Sevilla - magic on the bigger screen.
I can't bring myself to get rid of the Healing so it is going in the garage. That telly never missed a beat and still works fine.
As for guitar, I didn't even get time to pick it up this weekend, so I am still only at the stage of plucking bad chords.
Cheese-O - yairs our Timmy is HOT - I'll try to get hold of the pic from his current billboard ads for Nike and post it - black sleeveless T, all covered in body oil, tatts down his left arm - sheesh!! I see one billboard every day on my way to work.
Happy Trough Day everyone :>)

Alexandre, hiya honey!! I was going to send you an email of congratulations on the making of your little Matilde, but I got sidetracked. How's mama & baby so far? Not to much time left before your miracle arrives. I was so excited when I read the news! Thank you for the birthday wishes. It was a fun day. Sending very good energy for mama & baby! Hugs!
Thanks McD!!

Maybe some peeps here can give a thought to my son Chris tomorrow. He has another lump that's grown in his throat, and tomorrow is the surgery to take it out. Then we wait for the pathology report. We don't know why these things keep coming back...but a prayer or kind thought on his behalf would be greatly appreciated. He's stressin big time today over it.
LOVE YA CHRIS, SEE YA TOMORROW...IT WILL ALL BE OK!
