Ozzy - partner in all things Oz Chickenfoot, thanks mate.
axeshredder - thanks too! And thanks for the tips about the camera I'll try it out at Davy Knowles's show.
Guitarvibes - *smooch* thanks buddy, hope you are lapping up the new lifestyle.
Peace Lily - thank you P! I was indeed spolit, got to hand it to Mr Skippy he reads the birthday gift ideas list off the fridge like no other man LOL!
I also got 2 guitar stands so I don't have to prop the geetars against the wall. Funny though, the kids gave me a badminton set (?) and a Wii gun-thing (so you can play some sort of shootemup game on the Wii) (?) but I'm sure I'l have fun with those.
cosmic-ape - thanks Aaron :0). How's yoru studies going? Do we have any video of you playing???
roo - nice pics, very happy faces in the pics with Joe (oh so THAT's Al Surfer!). Jetlag yet?

Skippy, Slane Castle? Ohhh, good one!!
Roo, great pics!
fatape, yer a sweetheart. Thanks.
Good ol' Pennsylvania - still the ONLY STATE in the U.S. with no state budget. It's affecting everything! People are losing their daycare, their jobs, their senior services, health services, after school programs - you name it! These douche bags need to pull their heads out and get it together!! Them bitches want to TAX entertainment show tix 8%, and put a tax on small games that the fire companies benefit from and buy their equipment with the proceeds instead of taxing gas drilling. It's a total clucterfuck.
Anyways, happy Monday.

thanx for the link axe! my wife loves Joe's posture in that one! it also looks like he just finished his 6 shot espresso!
michelle; at least your state doesn't come up with a new budget deficit every week like here in rogue island! just did a new poem or whatever you want to call it about our clusterf*ck of a country today! i find writting takes a little edge off the emotion, so i won't go out and start assassinating politians!

To those of you in the UK, Davy Knowles posted on Twitter that he is playing at the Borderline in London on Wednesday.
More info is here.
Go see him. He's pretty good. ;-)
EDIT - Dream Theater just announced that the opening act for their Australia tour will be.........Pain Of Salvation. Chickenfoot would have been cool, but I knew it was a long shot. Oh well.

axeshredderjc- enjoyed the link very much , where ever do you find all this stuff? I just love to watch those guys interact . Good stuff. Hope there will be alot more Chickenfoot antics to follow in the coming months after other obligations are met.
Don1963- maybe all that espresso is the secret behind Joe's impeccable posture? Lol
Roo- great pictures ! Every time you see these after show pictures every one is like...all lit up and glowing. I hadn't ever looked around in your site before today. Wow... Lotsa neat Joe stuff.
Guitarvibes- thank you for posting that poem by Maya Angelou awhile back. I have reread it a few times since . Words to remember....

Got back into the running so that felt good. A good eight miles to start out.
Skippygirl: Happy Birthday to one awesome gal. I think the next time I run a race, I'm going to run it for you and all the T2Jers. By the way, "AYE! AYE! AYE!" I hope Chickenfoot comes to Australia for you, Roo, Ozzy Fudd, Fatape, and all the Aussies (sorry to those who I left out). Happy Birthday Skippygirl. All the best for you in life.
Elpp: WHAT!? I'm surprised you passed on that run.
ceprestes: Welcome to the site and congrats to your people/home country on hosting the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Michelle: No budget in your state of Pennsylvania? That's crazy! I hope that whole thing gets fixed. By the way, congrats on your Steelers Sunday. I was watching the game and the movie, "The Hangover" at the same time. That was a funny movie. How's the family doing since MA's passing? Prayers to you.
Do The Stu: What's up dude!?
Cheese101: Continuing to pray for John Selby.
GoldenGirl2: Glad to hear you're doing better. Since you're now interested in Queensryche, thought I let you know that they will be in my area on October 30th (at Piere's, one of our best clubs here in Fort Wayne).
Well, better stop now. Early work day at the hotel tomorrow.

Glitx, the fam is holding up the best they can. They're having a memorial service on Thursday morning. I was so worried it would be Thursday night. My son will be in school during the day, but after school we'll be celebrating his 18th birthday. I sooo didn't want to have to be that upset at a memorial service instead of celebrating with my son, but that's just what I would have had to do. We could have celebrated his bday the day before or something. He's having a party on Saturday, but still, I just didn't want to spend my son's day that way. It's going to be rough enough that I have to go without my hubs. He just can't leave work this week with all the stuff they have going on. MA's gonna sit on the mantle for a while. Maybe some day they'll spread her ashes when their ready. We'll prolly have a nice gathering some day up in Tioga County where she liked to go. I'm just happy she's finally at peace, and my friends sister can start living her life again. Being a caretaker is so life altering.
Anyways...
Cheers Skippy! This Jager's for you!
Yay, Steelers! Tonight Brett Farve is playing AGAINST the Packers. That's so wrong. lol!
It's 10:15. Have you hugged a dwarf today?
I have :-)

Happy b-day Skippygirl!!
Hi GlitzMan, I feel a bit disappointed, but then my mind goes back to the party I was in, and the disappointment goes away immediately...so I probably made the right choice! One thing I do plan on doing next year is entering the Juarez 10K league, there are about 8 races from March thru October, this is my big fitness goal for 2010, so I will continue with the training I already started and work off of that. Initially I will be happy just completing one race, depending on how I do I may start getting competitive with it. We'll see.
