GlitzMan....it was 26 degrees at 9 this morning, but warmed into the 50's by the afternoon. The inch of snow we got the other day is gone but it won't be long before there is more. Yeah the economy still sucks up here. I have some small jobs lined up so all is not lost.
Running seems like a healthy thing to get into. I would be afraid of my heart exploding if I tried..lol. I guess I get enough exercise running up and down ladders for now. Take care and thanks..

I´m very curious to know if the youtube version of Summer (Vivaldi) is really performed by Satch. According to the comments about the tapes of this site, the version is performed by another guitarist. Please, answer to my inquiry.
Hugs, Cecilia

Jjc2009: funny, I think it's more related to guitar and your driver. I barely crack 1/4 on my Marshall volume through the clean with a js1000 and a satchurator with no other effects and can get almost instant feedback sitting 2 m away in my lounge room. Tilting the guitar and pivoting and rolling it I can just about get all the notes I need for the intro. Some are a little more work. I'll try tonight with my little portable peavey and see how I go...
What's your distortion coming from?
pip: no, they are a fine artist, not a clearcoat specialist. I wouldn't want to waste their time.
Looks like I can use the high quality 2-part auto-clear the spray guys have here. They have the test piece now. If it works I'll give them the guitar in a week or so.

Pipsy - LOL thanks for all the AYES I'm sure they will catch Joe's attention and we can get some blue about a tour to OZ. I guess he's sunning himself in Mexico now, he could come back a redhead.

Skippygirl - I'm glad to hear it arrived safely...and thanks, roo, for helping out.
Joe seemed really tired as he was talking to us (due to the long tour, I'm guessing), but he really perked up when I explained what I wanted him to do.
Now hurry up and post a picture of it, so everyone else here can stop scratching their heads wondering what it is. ;-)

Scubadaz - About 14 months ago your mum took you in 'cause you couldn't look after yourself and now you're calling her a piece of shit. I don't know the details and don't want to but that's fucked up man, at least that's how it reads anyway. Hope you get things sorted.
Conch - Not just any old wood, it's lignum vitae!!!

Austin and Axeshredder= I can agree with you both. The whole thing for me can be describled in two words.."It hurts".
I think a full circle resolution would be:
A new VH album, with Sammy and DLR half and half' Mikey on bass with Wolfey on 1 track. No tour..forget cashing in...It shouldn't be about $ at this point.... Then an EVH all instrumental album...And last but not least, bury the egos and ill feelings. I want some new VH and I want to feel good about buying it...Yeah I know...it's out there...but I can always dream.
