Blue_Moon--an attempted robery by 3 men at a jewelers there in dublin city centre.....That is very funny! Those guys must have been completely lost! It would be interesting to find from which cave they originated!
Roy Slans--What's come over you these days? Have you been eating that "funny" oatmeal???
"Angels of Love" arrived in the mail along with YNGWIE JOHANN MALMSTEEN, CONCERTO SUITE for GUITAR and ORCHESTRA in e flat minor with the NEW JAPAN PHILHARMONIC live on Wednesday! Great DVD and heavenly CD! Yngwie is a guitar master in his unique way!
Gotta get ready for work now.
Take care all.

ibanezjoan, great performance for a fantastic song! I twittered it to Joe so he can see it too :-) I'm listening to it again for the second time. Jayzus I love that song live! Thanks for the "gift" - I love it!
Thanks for the anniversary wishes peeps! We started off the day by going to the cemetery to update our info. (it was the only day we both had off) We bought our plots back in '94 I think, so it's all just sitting there waiting for us. lol! We still have vaults & urns to buy, but that'll come later. The bronze & marble grave placard with our names on it that we bought in '94 now costs more than double for what we paid for it! It's so expensive to die these days ffs!! Some people get all weirded out by all this, but it's a part of life. Occasionally I take my kids there just for shits and giggles, and we goof around, my daughter takes pics for her photography collection of the statues and whatnot, and we try to make it a happy place so after we're gone, the kids will have good memories when they stand there "with us" instead of it all being sadness.
Anyways, off to do some yard work with AWM,AWY in my head.
:-)

Great to see you there too, Joe!
I think you threw me a pick, but when I looked at it later I saw it was one of Mikey's...were you using his that night?
And by the way, I thought the solo sounded just fine... :-)
If anyone wants to see me...using the time stamps from this video, I'm headbanging at 3:41 and pumping my fist ("Yeah, yeah, yeah!") at 4:55.

Joe: True sign of a master when you find the simple things hard :) Have faith, there's at least one here who would love to be able to play the simplest thing at anything near your standard...:)

Time to get carb-loaded for tomorrow's 5K Run and it's off to bed. I work early tomorrow morning, and then I do the run in the afternoon. One more week until the marathon!

Yes, I saw the same show, and apparently I was right, considering Joe even commented on screwing up. Sorry to offend, especially Joe, who I hold in highest esteem. Yes, he's gotten more exposure, and that can be good, but we've all seen a lot of artists who crap out after the numbers get big.
Gave new meaning to "Sloppy Joe".
After seeing so many videos on YouTube of live CF, I'm afraid I just can't say I have been very excited about the act. They don't strike me as being as tight as Joe's band, and my personal taste in singers thinks Sammy screams too much. Nothing personal, I just don't care for his style. Too over the top for me.
Please Joe, don't give up the solo career. The big reason I fell in love with your act is because of the originality, style, and very much because you don't often fool around with inane lyrics.
