Chelle - many belly laughs with that movie, the guy with the beard cracked me up, and no, I am never having Jager in case it has a rufie in it......
Zinc Master - that seems to be the CD pre-order? Can't work out if it is a DVD/CD set or just the CD and you have to order the DVD separately???

They are actually shutting schools down here tomorrow and Friday due to extreme cold weather. They don't feel kids have adequate clothing.
Wow. that's a first in my lifetime.
You know, ever since those scientists got busted for faking global warming, the entire planets been coldern' hell! I smell a new conspiracy coming. Gov't controlling the damn weather and it got out of hand!! =) Good times.

Peace Lily...we had a low of -29 F two nights ago and they did'nt close anything up here. That only happens when there is an excessive amount of snow or ice.

Peace Lily - The wind chills are supposed to be about 15 below zero. Plenty cold, but you wouldn't think they would shut down a school system over it.

Hybes-Those temps are plenty cold , alot of peeps don't or aren't able to dress their kids warm enough I guess. Could be a liabilty for the schools, don't want frozen kiddies.
McDave- I have an ex-brother-in-law and nephew that are living in Minnesota ,I forget which town. My sis lived there for a while too. And my son's girl friend was living there till she came out west this summer again don't remember what town
Any way the point to my rambleing is the storys I hear about Minnesota winters makes me grateful for our mostly rainy usual 30 to 40 F. :-)
Castle 49- 71 degree's sounds pretty sweet. We won't see that till about April.

fatape---Not too many posts after your last and your wish was granted!
55 degrees F is cool enough for me. At night it dips down into the 30s normally.

I was at Best Buy this afternoon and saw that the regular Chickenfoot CD is on sale for $7.99 this week...I'm pretty sure that's the cheapest it's ever been. The deluxe edition is $13.99.
Just a heads up for anyone who might not have the album yet...
Listening to: Dream Theater - Scenes From A Memory (current song: Strange Deja Vu)

Peace Lily - true enough. We get our fair share of 20's here but never below zero temps. It's wild...I come from a very cold state but I have never been apart of this. It's been crazy here. 14 inches of snow for xmas and now this. Oklahoma is the frozen tundra right now!

PL - thanks for that, went back and foound the DVD pre-order and did that too.
Chelle - OMG they left the baby in the car whilst they went into the chapel. I kept saying at the TV "get the baby!!" The guy in the boot of the Mercedes was a hoot, too.
Anybody know whose interview it is with Joe on the Paris DVD?
Nobody going to NAMM?
Fatape - you managed to call up the Wolfmeister, well done.

Good stuff! We watched a few good movies over the past 2 weeks. The Proposal was funny as hell! When Betty White & Sandra Bullock get down - friggin hilarious!! Even more so because my sister and niece are Native American dancers. LOL!
