Cappy Steve The chapman stick can be pretty fun if you listen to someone who is experienced with it. Stu said he would play it if he had 3 years to learn it. Tony Levin plays with one. But the best person I have seen use one live is Daniel Kane. Daniel Opened up for Joe one show in San Francisco on the Crystal Planet Tour in 98.

Levin is awesome! I first became aware of him through Peter Gabriel. Here's a dumb question from a guy who doesn't play bass: What are those "chopsticks" he wears on his fingers for??

Decided to watch Curling......used dvr to record and play back later.
The USA team needs way more experience at this sport. Germany's team came out on top 7-5. Interesting sport that got started in Scotland......those Scottish love their games and thankfully shared them with the rest of the world.
What a surprise to find one of Joe's songs in the Olympics!

Hey Joe,
I live in Friendship. Lobster is the name of the game down here. I go lobstering in the summer and we crank your music as loud as possible, it attracts the lobsters. Lobster right now is only like 3 bucks a pound so a lobster dinner would be extremely easy. And you could go lobstering. Nothing else is quite like the smell of pogies at 5 in the morning.

Is my hair ok? - yep, that would be the first thing I checked!?
Lego diet
and read this with your best Slanshroom accent.......
Two young Scottish men, Archie and Jock, are sitting in the pub
discussing Jock's forthcoming wedding.
"Ach, it's all going like magic," says Jock. "I've got everything organized already - the flowers, the Church, the cars, the reception, the rings, the minister, even ma stag night...."
Archie nods approvingly. "Man, I've even bought a kilt to be married
in!" continues Jock.
"A kilt?" exclaims Archie, "That's great, you'll look pure smart in that! And what's the tartan?"
"Och," says Jock, "I'd imagine she'll be in white."

Yeah, Maine is pretty good about lobster prices. Its been closer to $2.25 in the summer lately. Its actually horrible for the lobstermen though. It used to be closer to $4 a pound but with the recession and all no one needs lobster.

Don1963: LOL!
Cube / Austin: I don't think I've ever heard a live "not crunchy" guitar tone that really caught my ears. Dimebag's crunch was insane, my ears would ring for a full week. Everyone else sounds better in the studio than live, tone-wise.
My favorite Satch tone is Down, Down, Down. I would LOVE to hear Satch do another blues album.

Cool, the U.S. really piled up the medals tonight.
Hope everyone is doing well. I finally have a day off tomorrow. :D On my day off, I'm getting my taxes done, which will be one thing less to worry about.
It's the start of Lent, and I'm giving up beer/wine, energy drinks, & ice cream for the time being. I did that last year so I might as well do it again.
Later peeps.
