Ah.....once I opened the stream in iTunes, it works!
I'm not having good luck with the Satch Zone lessons....1 played fine, the other two keep locking up at the same point.

Hi Joe, sorry to say this but your new dvd sucks, I obviously don't mean the playing coz in my eyes you are the best rock instrumental guitarist on the planet, but the visuals, editing, production or whatever it is that gives it the look is painful to watch. I have a projector with an eight foot screen to watch all my concert dvd's on and when I got yours I could'nt wait to put it on but after a few tracks I wanted to stop watching it. It's so annoying coz I go to your shows every time you're in England without fail and I went to this one and could'nt wait for the dvd. Anyway, whoevers responsible, please do not use them again as it's plainly obvious that they don't know what a Joe Satriani fan wants to see and thats you playing great guitar, without all the flashing visual effects to screw things up, if I wanted to watch a pop video I'd go buy something by Lady Gaga or someone. Sorry for the rant Joe coz I've been a massive fan of yours for 20 odd years and I just hate what they've done to your latest dvd.
P. S. I know a lot of fans will actually like it and will probably give me a lot of stick for my negative comment but I'm sorry I was just so disappointed I had to get it off my chest and it's just my opinion.

Guitar playin dude: Don't worry man, many of us feel the same way. contrary to some, It IS possible to support Joe and still be disappointed in his latest DVD. He's only human after all. Sometimes you have a concept that turns out cool - sometimes it falls flat on it's face. This in no way diminishes him.

I left the nicecast on(not realizing it). Then, 40 minutes later of watching Youtube videos and all of the sudden, BOOM, I hear that first eerie chord of Not Of This Earth. I was happy that the nicecast started again, but it definitely freaked me out.
Rubina is playing now. Awesome.

Joe: Thanks for the updates.
Hybes & Peace Lily: Thanks you two for the praise. I actually don't have any music on me when I'm running in a race. I do listen to music when I'm conditioning (outside mostly or sometimes on a treadmill).
What I like about running is that I get to see & meet all the people (ranging in age from as young as 1 to those in their 80s and over) participate. There are those who have been running for years, more than me, and even beating me. It takes a lot of discipline, heart, commitment, etc.
Peace Lily: How did your son do in his matches?
Watching the Ice Dance competition. Whoa, those were some costumes from that Russian pair (the leaders so far). I also heard that it sparked some controversy "DOWN UNDER". Another surprise, U.S.A. defeats Canada in men's hockey, 5-3. I thought Canada was going to win, hands down; I guess I stand corrected.
Skippygirl: What's up!? BTW, let me be the first when your milestone arrives: CONGRATS ON 1,000 POSTS!
Later for now.
Grant

Glitzy - thanks, I didn't realise the 1000 was coming up so here's the 1000th to you my friend!!
Joe - wonderful to see all the blue whilst you've been beavering away in the studio, and I'm excited about the next solo CD you're putting together.
Since I've missed the nicecasts and usually miss your posts due to timezone differences I decided I'm gonna launch my songwriting career, starting with a track I've called "Overnight Blue" and another with a working title of "Blue for Skippy" but it might change to "Skippy Blues" tee hee.
No music or lyrics yet, they are fermenting whilst I get the feel for how they should sound.
Almost time for Hendrix, hope everyone attending has a ball.
Slan - sounds terrible saw something about Madeira tonight, hope your friends are OK.

I'm at school right now and my internet is not working at home. So I can't upload pictures from my wonderful vacation in Tenerife right now.
One of my best friend girlfriend has just broke up with him. He loved her so damn much. He told me one day before she broke up with him "You cant even imagine how much I love her"
So I need to help my friend through this. He is really sad :(
Congratulations on the 1000 posts Skippy
Have a nice day!

Sign of the times, when I went to school (when Noah was a lad) we did reading writing and hard sums. These days they seem to spend more time on the interwebby netty thing.
PS This is NOT a dig at Railton.
