Thanks for the praise Skippy. Yes, the Kilt Run was fun, but running in one is another story. You probably recognize me at one of the ends (in red). Hey, since you saw me on FB, send me a request and I'll confirm you as a friend. Let me know who you are. I haven't had a chance to check the pics/vids from Sweetwater yet, and my pictures & CD will be finishing up in the next few days.
Zonin: Neat & interesting. Is it a recording?

I saw Joe at Sam Ash in NYC yesterday. It was such an amazing experience. I get there in line around 1:30 P.M. and the front window is packed with Joe's Signature guitars(or JS Series if you wanna call it), technique teaching books, musical notation books, etc. I meet these two guys who are Satch fans also and one is a professional photographer and the other is a graphic designer. And both of their names are Joe also. Ha! And as everybody is trying to fill out the raffle tickets for the prizes in about 35 degree weather, Joe sneaks right into the front door and absolutely NOBODY noticed. No one gave a shout or even said "Hey look, its Joe!". Nothing. Like a ghost right in through the front door. We were talking to each other outside for over an hour and a half and finally it was our turn to go into the building. And after that..... WOWWWWW!!!! I get inside and after spending THAT long at almost freezing temperature, the store is warm and inviting with Satch stuff everywhere. They were playing Live In Paris, giving away Chickenfoot T-Shirts if you bought the DVD or CD, and there was a little island in the middle with all of the JS guitars. And I'm getting closer to Joe in line while Time Machine is playing and the photographer Joe takes a little shout out vid for a friend of his from Joe(Satriani). Joe's Shout Out Vid I was right behind him when he recorded this everybody around us was laughing. Joe is hilarious. Then right after him he signed my Big Bad Wah and my Live In Paris DVD. Even though I was a little star struck to talk to Joe, it was still like talking to kind, average person with a good sense of humor. Joe is not like those other jerky celebrities who just don't want to be there. Joe has a good personality and is very approachable when it comes to instore appearances. I have listed both Joe's as friends on my Youtube page, you can check out their vids. I unfortunately didn't win anything though. I would have liked to win a Time Machine, but oh well.
It was still one of the greatest days of my life.
Thank You, Joe Next time I promise to buy something. :)

Axeshredderjc: Joe, great to see/hear from you. Let me be the first to say welcome back. Miss ya here dude.
Oxley11: You're welcome. I'll have to check the video/link you posted real soon. I haven't had a chance to see it yet, due to my jobs at work. Again, thanks for your post about seeing Joe. It was cool that you met the other two Joes. What else did you like about the gig? Awesome job to you.

oxley, that's what it's all about! Joe is the best. I've never heard a bad story about meeting him . The worst I've ever heard was "it was to fast" but never anything negative on Joe's part. The vid was great too!
Somebody's going fishing? How predictable.
Let's dance!

Thanks again Axeshredder for the poster. It is now covering that drab, white spot on my wall. It adds a nice color to the room. lol
If anybody wants a good poster of something you should go to Axeshredder. Best poster I've ever seen.

Hybes: Thanks for the praise. I'll be doing a marathon in June in South Bend, IN (Sunburst Marathon). This run could get me qualified for Boston in 2011. I'll also be doing the Indy-Mini this upcoming May.
Just realized that Chickenfoot is on TV tonight: Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Gonna try to watch it tonight.

I wonder WTF BD and TMI stand for. Maybe I will LMBFAO when I find out though not if ole Pee Silly has IBS. Hopefully she will soon be able to do a little BMX or go for a drive in her BMW. BTW although I am a member of CAMRA, IMHO there are too many abbreviations being used. I blame that CB radio. Anyhow i'd better get back to my DIY before someone tells me to FOAD.

Peas Lily, sounds like a nice dinner. Love the biscuits! Hope you have a great time when you finally get around to it.
Here's a fun video I found. Natalie is fishing, and no one cares but her mom and dad. Poor Natalie got no bites and went home. So sad. She wanted to be an internet star. lol!
Here's another good MSG tune - Victim of Illusion. I'm gonna hit Best Buy after work tomorrow. The cd we have isn't the one I want. lol! I'm looking for this cover. Got the album, but I can't play that in my car. lol!
edit: Fatape/Al Surfer, have you seen this? 16 yr old MS with the Scorpions. And now I have to watch Black Out by the Scorps. This stuff is addictive!
