My two cents worth on the US Prez malarkey....

During my recent hols in bonnie Scotland a barman asked me who I thought would win the US presidential election. My answer, 'Doesn't matter which one of them gets elected, one way or another we will all lose'. Sorry folks but i've got less confidence in those two than our own Prime Minister (Gordon Brown), and I have zero confidence in him!

i just sent my absentee ballot in. i hope mcain wins. It will be nice when this is all over.

BLUEMOON, i think your wrong though, all the polls have picked obama, but it will be a close race. if mcain wins, please don't start with conspiracy therories.;) i do like a good conspiracy theoriy, the last one that i think was for real was JFK and yea probably the last election. i thought Gore won. most others that i know of are hogwash.

Keniko-where are you dude? Orton is inj. damn! i knew he was our guy and they benched him.

Desperation = making a feckin nobody plumber the star of your last few weeks of capmaigning. lmao!!! Ah yes, the empty can rattles the most.

I must give McCain credit, the SNL skit was funny.

Are there any updates on the next VOX pedal that Joe is working on? The Satchurator is a great pedal, and I know Joe is planning on working with VOX on developing more. Joe is using a greenVOX pedal (possibly a prototype) in his current live rig. Just wondering if you could post an update as to what we can look forward to so we all can start saving!

There once was a religious young woman who went to Confession. Upon entering the confessional, she said, 'Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned.'

The priest said, 'Confess your sins and be forgiven.'

The young woman said, 'Last night my boyfriend made mad, passionate love to me seven times.'

The priest t hought long & hard & then said, 'Squeeze seven lemons into a glass and then drink the juice.'

The young woman asked, 'Will this cleanse me of my sins?'

The priest said, 'No, but it will wipe that smile off of your face.'

Good Morning Satchland.....Orton goes down. Grossman steps up. Bears sole pocession of first place. Whew !!!! We need Kyle back as the Bears dodged a huge bullet.

Band update. As promised some of our demo covers are uploaded. On the player I'm playing on only the covers and I sing Tightrope. The originals is the guitarist I replaced. On "I Know A Little" I think I'm close to the Gaines feel. I played around the slide solo, got the guitar break and copped Billy Powell's piano solo all in one shot. This one is for you Slans. Jailbreak came out good and I like Tightrope a lot. Let me know what you think. The songs were cut "Live" in my studio and it came out pretty good and we're all pretty happy with them.

Also, we got got picked up by Loggins Promotion out of LA. Our CD "Get Back In The Pocket" is climbing up the charts. Go here to vote for Max Cady Band in the ac/Hot/ac category under New Group. Thanks......

Have A Great Day Everyone !!!!!

Edit: Here's the link for the Covers Sorry about that......
