I think petrol prices across the US are coming down, even in the SF Bay area.

Igneousiceman--I agree, Robin Trower does have one of the fattest tones in the business.

Maritime--You must have had the best education in the Netherlands. Your knowledge and understanding of the world of music and other topics is awesome!

Thanks so much for your contribution of Argent's "Hold Your Head Up". It remember listening to that when I lived in Orange County, listening to KRLA, Pasadena. I don't think that radio station exists anymore. That was a looooonnng time ago!

Bubbles---I know what you mean about panic attacks. I have depression and have to take 2 antidepressants every day. I was so anxious a few years ago, I couldn't drive to southern california to visit my mom. I drove as far as Bakersfield and had to turn around and drive back north! My husband was with me and wanted me to feel better and held my hand all the way home! Take heart, bubbles. You have lots of support here.

One sunny day in 2009 an old man approached the White House from across Pennsylvania Avenue, where he'd been sitting on a park bench.

The old man said, "Okay" and walked away.

The Marine again told the man, "Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Bush is no longer president and no longer resides here."

The man thanked him and, again, just walked away.

The third day, the same man approached the White House and spoke to the very same U. S. Marine, saying, "I would like to go in and meet with President Bush." The Marine, understandably agitated at this point, looked at the man and said, "Sir, this is the third day in a row you have been here asking to speak to Mr. Bush. I've told you already that Mr. Bush is no longer the president and no longer resides here. Don't you understand?"

The old man looked at the Marine and said, "Oh, I understand. I just love hearing it."

The Marine snapped to attention, saluted, and said, "See you tomorrow."

WOO HOO, Michelle and her son A made it on the podcast, YEAH!!! Right in the first few seconds.....

Chad...she's in the beginning, as Joe pans the audience she and her son are like about 7 or 8 people over...her son is tall and slender, and chelle is right next to him, on the left, she has dark hair and is SHORT! :) and she's holding her camera. There's a guy to the right of her son in a black jacket, then a lady in a reddish shirt, then Michelle's son A and then chelle....at about 11 seconds in.
