Do they have the right song off ITLIS for the Coldplay lawsuit? Is it the rhythm part? I only listened to the Coldplay song 2 or 3 times. I would like to know because when people ask me, I want to answer them from Joes stand point.

If anything Joe, sue for your name to be credited to the song Viva La Vida. Not for damages! Coldplay is a great band and if they did steal your chord progression/melody embrace that your music has inspired a great song. Joe, your a musical genius and have inspired many people. I fear if you sue for damages people will think differently of you, not the humble Joe we know. Either way I'll always be a fan of yours!

...hey viscosity pain from oil, well you see thats what happened to my testicles agin man they heeled or were almost heeled then I roe my ski-doo around my backyard a couple times back in pain.Like viscosity pain is actualy good for you but like the auto makers and people getting funny like todays automobiles barely have if any viscosity pain from oil well from what I researched people like 92.8% of Canada population is not allowed to have anything with with a sigle viscosity of of over 30 weight stait and sae for 1-2 litres for a lawnmower only cars take like 5 w 20 now because people dont understand viscosity pain what it does and that it actually good for you I am allowed to buy any weight of oil I want like the 80w 90 in the chain case on my ski-doo for example because I gradutated from trade school for semi automatic mig welding viscosity pain mean, sit,s recignizingcapabilty ,of the body thats what the oil is doing 43 or more capabilty,s usuasly for sore testicles from viscosity pain anyways research it it,s good for you later wolf2.it,s OIL later wolf2. it takes your capabilty,s the cofusion amongst the capabilty,s is disposed of into I oner wave,s like ohm,s it makes pain but the succesor when heeled thats how viscosity work,s later wolf2.

Cappy:Again? lol trust me i,d love t sit in silence for a week n finish CD2 off but my son has been ill this past month, nothing abnormal just a continuing flow of cold after cold with ear n throat infections inbetween, i,ve been continually saying t Tura "my better half" the lil fella is coughing from the lungs but the doctors just fobbed it off as a continuing problem from the cold, not being happy withdoc 1 i made a visit today... the result...Bronchitis possible asthma.

Now i know doctors are busy & there are a mountain of peeps t get through but they really should stop with the antibiotics bull on a 1 year old ffs & yes slan did leave the building b4 he mashed his hand yet again.I,m currently simmering over a beer, sorry for the waffle but T2J has been these last 2 weeks my only way out of flat inexperience hell lol

again on the Coldplay thing...i wouldnt be surprised if this is the media circus getting it all wrong, nasty either way, sad t see this kind of thing happen in music, my best t both Joe n Coldplay

Coldplay sucks. Joe better win. I'm surprised he's taking it to court but I'm glad. He deserves recognition for HIS work.

I love how those idiot in the forum don't even know who Satch is.

maritime: Must have been a good issue that, Zappa , Nils Lofgren and Robert Fripp (who I'm apparenlty related to)...'...misunderstood genius' is an excelllent way to put it. And we had -4 earlier in the week, beat that...=D
anibur: Tell me about it, I thought Oh great, I'll have that baubel...oh wait. Maybe we should colonise them again and get a proper mailing system in place :)
Any buddin Orchestrians out there? Check this out.
Joe taking Coldplay to court? Well, good luck to him. It's unfortunate I like Viva La....maybe I shouldn't say that here now...

Here's a comment from the Coldplay forum: "This Joe Satriani has just got his head so far stuck up his ass!!!!!!" and "Great this is all over the news now. I listened to the entire Satriani song, the only bit that sounds remotely tike VLV is that little bit of the melody. Actually suing someone for a common chord progression like that is absolutely ridiculous." BUT, don't get the lynching kit just yet: "I'm sure some people on here would be posting in that artists forum doing exactly the same thing as satchyboy here. We're all music fans.Let's spread the love." Awww...I am seriously tempted to invade their messageboard though...

I believe in Joe. I don't believe in becoming nasty, or a troll, to defend him. This isn't a personal attack on Coldplay, though their fans are taking it as such. I don't have horrendous feelings towards them... It's business. Music is a business and there are rules. I guess the courts will decide in the end but....

I believe in Joe.
