Trace - It depends whether or not you want to fill it with shite! I don't know how many CD's you have in your collection but I know you're not such a tard that you can't work out the amount of memory you would need to put the whole lot on with room for more in future. I have an ipod 120 gig, creative 30 gig and an ipod nano 8 gig. Until I got the nano I used the creative the most but the nano is a little beauty, it's next to no size and holds a surprising amount of music. It's very tempting to fill a big memory with 'borrowed' shite once you have got all you 'own' stuff on. Oh yeah, sammished yer!

JS-JS , that comment. We need Columbo. Joe talked about Coldplay in a magazine years ago but i read the article in the shop so can't quote it. Joe was asked what was in his CD player and he said Coldplay. All i remember is that he liked it and said that although you couldn't always hear the guitar it was definately there.

OK, I have a bunch of old posts to fly through...I'm going to try and do that now...

joea64 - It looks like you're fairly new around here, so I thought I'd just say hello and welcome to the site...

kpmahuna - Leslie West joined Joe during the encore because Joe wanted him to. I thought those jams were great...sorry to hear you didn't enjoy it at your show.
GoldenGirl2 - I'm still catching up on old stuff, but have you bought ITLIS? yet?
alexandrecaetano - I'm sorry to hear about your dog... :-(
mjs99 - Thanks for posting that picture of the moon, Venus, and Jupiter. I saw that in the US the other day, but it was a bit different because you and I are on opposite ends of the Earth (the moon was a "frown" and the planets were below it and to the right). So it's cool to see your view.
jonboy4life - No, Joe has never played The Souls Of Distortion live. I'd love to see it at some point...it's currently my favorite song from ITLIS?...
Satriella - I'm a few days late with this, but my new name is Snooty Chickensquirt...haha. Weird. ;-)

And that's a good list of confusing English stuff, but it doesn't have my favorite: He felt ill after he felt the felt eraser.

Fender Lead 1 - The song you missed at the Reno gig was I Just Wanna Rock, from Joe's newest album.
michelle - "Though I'm betting that Joe is swearing like a sailor these days. lmao!! "

I think you're right...haha. At the San Francisco aftershow, I heard Joe swear for the first time. He was talking to Al about how recording studios in the US were closing and he let an f-bomb loose.

Well, I have eight pages to go, but that should be quick because I think I'm current on the last three or four pages...maybe I can finish catching up tonight after work...

Listening to: Jeff Buckley - Dink's Song

...Austin...

hey guys, just one of my "hey what's up doods!" posts :)

i'd like to start it with a big LOL @ cold play.

Also, I'm going to be releasing (FINALLY) my first head on instrumental record. Pretty excited about it as it's main focus really isn't the guitar by any means! Totally stepped out of my shell :) I'm very pleased with the way it came out! If anyone has any interest in it, head over to www.myspace.com/mattkingmusic to check it out in it's entirety! Short, but sweet. A nice taste :)

How's everyone been doing over here these days? I still see some familiar faces around here! I can't believe how much time has gone by since I first started visiting this place. Imo, bring back the retro time machine bg. It's all about the EPK as well!

Ok I've done enough rambling! btw, anyone here recommend any good reads? I've just completed David Bakers Jazz improv book, and i highly recommend it to anyone lookin to take that next step out of straight diatonic/pentatonic playing! Great section on chord subs in there ~

ok NOW I'm done rambling! take care fellas.

ps. OTZ i know you see it.

This is for all the satch fans out there that maybe haven't heard about this yet but...I've known about the coldplay song "viva la vida" sounding a lot like the satch's song "if I could fly" and im glad to hear that finally Joe is taking coldplay to court... Hope you win joe!

Cappy, have an f-bombing beer or two for me! Then maybe you can get high and do some laundry.

The first time I saw that clip was after having some wine. We were watching the Smack This Godsmack dvd, and my husband and I laughed so hard. Ohhhh, the memories.... lmao! Next to the drum duel, that's my favorite Godsmack dvd moment...and there are a LOT of them. lol! Every time I hear or have to say the words "filthy" or "shrink", I hear it in Sully's voice. lol!

Hey Matt, how are ya honey! Hope things are good in Bricktucky! Music sounds great. Keep up the good work! Just Walkin On The Moon - very nice!

T-Bones, I'm glad I gib u warmz. lol!

Hey Joe:) You are my ultimate inspiration and favorite musican:D I was wondering if you know what's going on with Geoff,Eric and Dan from THE WORLDS BEST ROCK BAND NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT:: T-RIDE I'm a 16 year old guitar maniac and I found out about there CD and it's absolutely brilliant, but it is impossible to find any good information about Geoff or any of them on the web. Not even on Geoff's website. I read in an interview that I found about Geoff saying that Dan Arlie is producing and recording music today. Do you know anything about this, cause I really want to hear more from the great Dan Arlie.

Keep on rockin' Satch Love your music

(By the way, come to Sweden soon:D)
