Never been much of a fan of the brightly coloured pickups and knobs, but they really look awful on the JS. Fret vines look cool though.

I don't like jacksons that much either, but they are owned by fender now and they have straty looking axes, and you can choose wood, headstock, pickup brands and stuff...
anyway, that's a nice ibanez, I almost got one of those from the same place I got my RG, but I couldn't afford it at the moment and they sold it shortly afterward, :(... no more of those here in the states... not sure if I'd buy one now, tho...

they're still sold out everywhere, but they're much cheaper here and if u buy from the uk its even better since the sterling rate is terribly bad

Revan: Nice to see you back, 2 grand for a camera? Sure, if you lend me much more to get a nice 50's Strat...:) How's the photography going?
DoTheStu: That's the problem, finding an excuse to play all 5!
mikesb: Love that song, have you got the latest live album? He does a great version on that. I was lucky enough to see him on that tour early last year...amazing.
ibanez_god: I was thinking about getting a mandolin, about £80 locally for an electro one...do you reckon it's worth it?

ibanez_god: Sounds confusing...but fun.
mkesb: New song sounds good, haven't got the album yet, but certainly will! Love the effect he gets about 4 mins in with that...whatever it is. Really nice guitar as well...
JSVai, hmm, think I'll settle for a nice red JS1200 thanks...:)

That is a Theremin. Jimmy Page used one a lot in his heyday and I guess it is quite obvious that that new tune sounds very Zeppelinish in parts......

maritime, it's not THE PEOPLE of America, it's the past gov't. Obama is closing Git'mo. He has so many wrongs to right it would probably take a lifetime - but hopefully he'll have 8 years to get America to be a better place.
It's just as it's always been and will always be. Just because you have orders to "do what's necessary", it doesn't mean that you should. There are people in every society that are willing to cross that line. Mentally damaged people trying to mentally damage others. It's sick, yet it will go on until the end of time. Just take a look at the genocide in Darfur.

maritime, it seems you like to generalize a bit. ALL Americans did NOT vote for Bush! I would never vote for a Bush! And just how do you know who JOE voted for? IF he voted for Bush, does that make him "guilty" also.
Alan, are you gonna make ChrickenPA a bitch slap Al event? lol!
Chee, yer mailbox is on overload or something. My mail is bouncing back saying there is "to much traffic from this IP" lol!
Benny, yer right, Jeff could do Joe's dishes! lol! I remember the warm water thing now that you mentioned it. Prolly just best to load the dishwasher anyways. lol! Either way, Joe could do the bbqing, and Jeff could do the dishes afterwards. lol! Gives the ladies a break, and when the ladies are happy, everybody's happy!
SkippyG, yer link is broken.
