JOE please read- I tell ya... Rubina is the greatest song ever. Seriously. I love all your songs and all of them give me so many thoughts and feelings and emotions... but Rubina is the one song that can make me cry EVERY time i listen to it no matter what. If im in a good mood... it makes me cry happy tears for all the good things... and if im sad.. it makes me still think of the good things and with whatever is makin me sad... I always end up smilling cause it makes me know that its going to get better. I thank you so much for all your songs... but I thank you and of course Rubina her self... for that song... cause if not for her... it wouldnt be. Thank you SOO much Joe for all your songs. I hope that you can make it to Spokane next tour cause I would LOVE to take my boyfriend to that concert and let him have the greatest expierence of his life like i did. thanks again Joe!!!!

I hope all is well with and for you and I hope that for any tough times... i know your going through one now with the coldplay thing (sorry to bring it up) i hope that you have that song you can put on that just takes you away to another place and relaxes you and makes you feel everything is ok.... like you have done with all of your fans!

have a great night Joe and I hope you had an amazing Christmas.

Excellent, as always. I've been listening to "Siempre Amor". Please advice when "Well of Heads" is ready. Have you thought about a "nice price" for the pack with "Widowsmaker Highway" ?

By the way, I wish everybody a Happy New Year.

..except for the Middle East conflict responsibles. That sucks way too much !

Joanie - Widowmaker's went on reduced price some time ago.

Ginger knickers - WTF is 'xmas'? Is it a bit like pmas or tmas or any other letter before mas? Sheesh, there's just no respect these days.

Michelle - you're quite the comic aren't you :o) I'm glad you liked Graeme's work. He played on Slanshroom's album - actually did everything on the track Flyman's Knuckle except guitar. You do have Roy's album - right? :o)

Kayla - 18!! Seems like yesterday you were asking your dad permission for me to send you some picks. I guess you were 15 then. How time flies.

Finally got me home theater set up last night - been holding off on watching DVDs until I could get the full THX effect. Can't wait to try it.

I have a feeling that 2009 will be a great year. I want to wish everyone here a very prosperous and fulfilling 2009.

Ronnie

Hey Cappy Steve,

the X in Xmas has a long tradition, and doesn't have anything to do with disrespect.

If you want to see for yourself it's right there on wikipedia.

X-mas

One less thing to be upset about.

JS...I gotta start doing sit-ups..geez.

So once again....If anyone is up in northern Minnesota tonight for New Year's festivities, stop on down to Polley's Resort on beautiful Lake Vermilion. The band (and everyone else) will be upstairs in the attic of the 5-stall garage. Music, beer, great food and (other party favors) await you...I'm not kidding.

SuperDave - Gained the weight but got the lungs back!! Kudos on that. Sunday is my 10 year anniversary for quitting myselft. I put on 40 lbs in the first 2 months! Last April I finally got back down to the weight I was at when I quit. Took 9 years! But hell, it was worth it.

Ibanez atheist (agnostic?) - Glad to have made you chortle, mock away. The use of the 'x' before mas is not the same as lol. LOL is an acronym. Yes, 'x' is an abbreviation or contraction used by a number of people, however the correct abbreviation is an X with a P superimposed upon it (admittedly it is a symbol I have never seen on a keyboard). I also find it confusing that an atheist relates to Christmas but never mind, the killing all over the world confuses me as well.

Peace and good luck to you.

Edit

Sometimes - As wicki says, it is a long tradition. So is female circumcision in some parts of Africa, just because something is a long tradition doesn't make it right.
