jayzus, settle down man! My deepest apologies Darren. I didn't meant to offend you. Putting my foot up al's ass is always priority #1. Thank you for taking the time for answering my question. I'll c & p it and send it to my friend. I appreciate the time you took answering me. Thank you!

Now that I just reread the last few posts, I remember I got a phone call in the middle of my post, so I got distracted and just ended it.

Shit happens

Joe - "Is that that new thing? It better be!" : ) Loving that intro but we need more... please. Sounds great

All hail the chief (right sammy?)!

Cheese - I dunno, you need tour dates and a record to start planning? Oh yeah, tour dates and a record would help : ) Just an excuse to say hi anyway, hope all's good with you. Love the story of your introduction to Joe

Actually, regarding chickenPA haven't you managed to arrange for us all to stay at Michelle's house yet? We're the bat scare team obv ; ) ha ha

Blue Moon - ha, yeah I know about the printing errors. How the hell did you stumble across that You're My World rip off. You're right, it's so bad. He follows it up with a song called the prodigy that rips the intro riff from a Vai track (from either Alien Love secrets or Fire Garden.....).

Igneous - I just assumed the padawan reference was star wars born. Not overly keen on LOTR, and am not a trekky, but figured I have to offer it as an option. Got the bike out for the first action of 09 and the (bloody bontrager!) valve came straight off the innertube.... gr8. Maybe it's time to go tubeless? Congrats on the show

Roo - strewth, well if they're taking their time that's gotta be way better than a rush job. I had to wait 6 month's for my Donnie after ordering it. It was a lllllllllllllllong 6 months that's for sure.

Anibur - I didn't think the trousers were that bad (for a stage outfit)? Reversing the bomber jacket was pretty funny too - bright orange, yikes : )

Satriella - glad you caught up : b

LMAO, just seen this. There are more but haven't checked them out yet. Poor Lilly Allen

Nite all

Thanks al baby!

Pip, my husband would just love to have a half dozen Satchaholics sleepin' wall to wall across the house. lmao! No bat for now. Hopefully Henry is off in his bat cave sleeping for a few months. We really have to get that part of the roof inspected and blocked off. I mean, he's nice and all, but I like to use my attic too. *eeeuuuww*

Glitz, I'm trying not to stress about the job - at least until the end of next week. Whatever happens is gonna happen. My new motto is "stay liquid!" I'm gonna print that out and hang it up at work for everyone. The fam is good. My pop is doing well. He's up for more tests and another short round of chemo in the future. Go Steelers!

My husband's been listening to the new Jackson Browne cd Time the Conqueror. Check out this song - Where Were You

When I listen to JB, I prefare this

Strewth y'self Joe Satrini, youse must think us a right-royal mob o' dingbats to talk like that! You can't think us that uneducated - bloody pom! :)

Yes, it will be well worth the wait. One guitar is with the artist, the second arrives some time next week to them. Then I just have to sit tight and wait for the magic to arrive.

I'm not in a hurry, I've got 4 other guitars to play with in the mean time (actually, 7 if you include my bashed up acoustic and noodle guitars).

Now I just gotta work out how to play!!!! :)

Amp question - I have always used combo amps. So now I'm looking at getting a cabinet. My question is, can your pedals be plugged in to the cabinet without a head amp? I don't really have the money to get the head and cab.

hybes: you'll need an amp to drive the speakers in the cab. You may well be able to use the amp in your combo. My little Laney LC50 drives my JSX cab a treat. It sounds awesome (but it's not quite in the same league as my JSX head, for obvious reasons). You just have to make sure you get the impedance matched correctly otherwise you might fry your amp.

Not sure what to make of that Chickenfoot sound byte. I wonder if it's part of an actual track or if it's just a bit of studio tomfoolery? Hmmm...

Dont matter what the brand is if a man has anger issues help should be sought

dont ever blame it on the bottle!

In Spain alone last year over 110 women were battered t death by men. John Lennon once quoted women as "The Niggers of the World" which stirred up mayhem at the time, fact is he was right because "for the most part" woman are the ones that put up with the crap n pick up the pieces when it all goes pearshaped & so ffs....RESPECT!!!

I,m not of course saying you are of that particular brand of man Darren..Stella goes down ok for me unless i meet a wifebeater that is
