Ugghh...I went to audition for this band and the only one who showed was the bass player, who's basement and house they practice at. The other guitarist has the flu and the drummer and keyboardist thought practice was changed to saturday...some things never change...lol. All in all they play pretty good music...maybe a little mellow for my tastes. That'll certainly change if they let me in. I'm not a mellow player by any stretch.
It's -30 F in the northland this morning...bundle up peeps.

T-Bones, my ankles and knees might have possibly have moved in those directions when I was younger, but at this stage of the game, if a body part is angled like it has to be to do an Irish dance, you better call a doctor cause it's prolly a compound fracture. lmao!!
Al, Balerno the Bottle is a true classic! It should be a commercial on TV.
SupaaDupaaDave, all that nice cold weather is coming this way tonight, and by tomorrow night it should hit ZERO. Lovely :- /

"WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?"
and all I could think of was....I JUST WANNA ROCK!
Couldn't continue watching the flick anymore, went and played guitar. THAT was definatley a sign!

Answer:
In all of the words listed, if you take the first letter, place it at the end of the word, and then spell the word backwards, it will be the same word. - I suppose it's all about 'thinkin outside of the box' - don't ya hate it when people say that - yuck!
RoxyD mention ‘webmaster’ in yr post, & he should see it.

joe, i'd like to inform you about another one similarity i have noticed. Craig Walker's song "Wasted" is obviously based on our beloved BORG SEX. much to my surprise i realised that, since the first time i heard this by random. i want you to check it. you can see it on "youtube" too. i'm really sorry, but i think that it would be better to know.
please, come in Greece again..
..always creative.

Run-DMC, Metallica lead list of 2009 Rock Hall --
Jan. 14, 2009, 2:15 PM EST
NEW YORK (AP) -- Run-DMC once hailed themselves as the Kings of Rock, so it's fitting that the pioneering rappers have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Run-DMC joins the heavy metal band Metallica, guitarist Jeff Beck, soul singer Bobby Womack and doo-wop group Little Anthony and the Imperials as this year's inductee class.
Rockabilly singer Wanda Jackson gets a nod for the early influence category, and the sidemen inductees are session musician Spooner Oldham and two of Elvis Presley's musicians — drummer D.J. Fontana and bassist Bill Black.
The induction ceremony will be held in Cleveland — where the Rock Hall is based — on April 4.

Jaysus! I am a mess. My meds schedule is totally off and I can't sleep--one more thing to worry about.
I'm sending out an SOS to the world because California is in the worst drought of my lifetime. I'm all for getting out and enjoying the fair weather......but we need rain because our reservoirs are dangerously low. Fish are dying because their habitat is disappearing! I like salmon and trout and not just because they taste good. How do we turn this thing around? Stop taking showers and baths? Cut down to every other day or once a week? This is hell and crying a river isn't going to help! We need some smart people in Sacramento to draw up a plan to help us conserve water and maybe buy some from out of state.
I am scared and more than a little worried!
