Cappy - Take care out there.

Michelle - I've been unemployed before but not in such dire times. I am sure I will survive though. One way or another.

Cappy Steve - did I miss something...where ya going?

Igneousiceman - More respectful.....haha...cough...splutter...I very much doubt it!

Glitzman - Hiya M8y...I am Pretty good, divorce is still on-going, finances not being sorted, but I have swopped solicitor, hopefully things will get done now....feels like its gone on forever, although its been nearly a year since hubby asked for divorce, just wanna get it done now!...I miss the kids loads....but there we go, apart from that HAPPY BUNNY coz I just ordered a limited edition PAUL GILBERT album....boo hoo not out till beginning of March though... Howz things with you!

Joe Satrini - Thinking of you!

Guitarman77897 - First one was funny....woman stops sucking, although that would depend whether she was a sadist I suppose LOL

It made me laugh when you said you broke a string, because I thought, for a man its

"Oh no I broke a guitar String"

for a woman

"Oh no I broke a nail!"

He said, "I don't now why you wear a bra; you've got nothing to put in it."
She said - You wear pants don't you?

He said, "Shall we try swapping positions tonight?"
She said, "That's a good idea - you stand by the ironing board while I sit on the sofa."

He said, "What have you been doing with all the grocery money I gave you?"
She said, "Turn sideways and look in the mirror!"

Q. How many honest, intelligent, caring men in the world does it take to do the dishes?
A. Both of them.

Q. How does a man show that he is planning for the future?
A. He buys two cases of beer.

Q. What is the difference between men and government bonds?
A. The bonds mature.

Q. Why are blonde jokes so short?
A. So men can remember them.

Q. How many men does it take to change a roll of toilet paper?
A. We don't know; it has never happened.

Q. Why is it difficult to find men who are sensitive, caring and good-looking?
A. They already have boyfriends.

Q. What do you call a woman who knows where her husband is every night?
A. A widow.

Q. Why are married women heavier than single women?
A. Single women come home, see what's in the fridge and go to bed. Married women come home, see what's in bed and go to the fridge.

Q. What is the one thing that all men at singles bars have in common?
A. They're married.

Man says to God, "God, why did you make woman so beautiful?"
God says, "So you would love her."
But God," the man says, "why did you make her so dumb?"
God says, "So she would love you."

Kids are so smart these days....
Some feel that kids are getting dumber these days. After reading following conversation they will have to change their opinion.

TEACHER: How old were you on your last birthday?.
STUDENT: Seven. .
TEACHER: How old will you be on your next birthday? .
STUDENT: Nine. .
TEACHER: That's impossible. .
STUDENT: No, it isn't, Teacher. I'm eight today. .

TEACHER: George, go to the map and find North America. .
GEORGE: Here it is! .
TEACHER: Correct. Now, class, who discovered America? .
CLASS: George!.

TEACHER: Willy, name one important thing we have today that we didn't have ten years ago..
WILLY: Me! .

TEACHER: Tommy, why do you always get so dirty? .
TOMMY: Well, I'm a lot closer to the ground then you are. .

TEACHER: Why are you late? .
WEBSTER: Because of the sign. .
TEACHER: What sign? .
WEBSTER: The one that says, "School Ahead, Go Slow.".

SILVIA: Dad, can you write in the dark?.
FATHER: I think so. What do you want me to write? .
SYLVIA: Your name on this report card..

TEACHER: In this box, I have a 10-foot snake..
SAMMY: You can't fool me, teacher... snakes don't have feet..

TEACHER: How can you prevent diseases caused by biting insects?.
JOSE: Don't bite any. .

TEACHER: Ellen, give me a sentence starting with "I". .
ELLEN: I is... .
TEACHER: No, Ellen. Always say, "I am." .
ELLEN: All right... "I am the ninth letter of the alphabet." .

MOTHER: Why on earth did you swallow the money I gave you? .
JUNIOR: You said it was my lunch money. .

TEACHER: If I had seven oranges in one hand and eight oranges in the other, what would I have? .
JOHNNY: Big hands! .

hehe

What does everyone think about hanging a guitar from a wall hanger as opposed to putting it on a floor stand? Has anyone ever had an experience where it hurts the neck or truss? I have been pondering haning my guitars as of late in order to save some space.

Al--You are a heartbreaker!!!!!!!!!

Al & Maritime-- Here's a great movie for you "The Dreamers" set in 1968 France. The French government was in meltdown and peoples lives were being put on hold! A college student from San Diego, Cali was over there as an exchange student and it was shown from his point of view. He made friends with a French family through the young adult kids--a sister and brother (twins). They persuade the American to move into their parents home with them. Lots of complexity among these 3 youths who are pulled in so many directions because of family needs, unravelling society in the streets and love for each other--especially the American (Matt) who falls in love with Isabelle, Theo's sister! Powerful, with insightful history. Generation gap issues....I highly recommend it.

roo--I haven't forgotten you. Need a bigger window of time!!

I've never seen Joe Satraine so happy and excited in an interview before. I think the guy hits the off button on the mic when he holds it in front of Joe. Ahhh, the things you have to put up with when yer a rock star. lol!

Cube, it doesn't take much to get chadley all excited. LOL!

Cappy, happy sailing!

Castle49, maybe you can get hired with the unemployment agency or social security office :-/ Seems they're prolly the only ones hiring. Best wishes to ya.

Stormy Monday

Gah! The timing gets messed up in the 3 min. mark, but it's a great tune.

ibanez_god:Earth probs are a MAJOR prob for anyone! before i go further, did you relocate anywhere after to find zero probs?Earth issues are 99% of the problem in most housing & studios. If you DONT have that nailed yer in for a nightmare ie the outside tent gigs some play with strats that have single coils are uncontrolable because of bad earthing.....Its probably not the guitar bro,,,its the electricity! & well... single coils although beauty in tone love t fuck with light bulbs arghhhhhhh

If for eg you prefer a single coil pickup tone like me, the question is HOW t keep single coil tone without pissin of the sound engineer or worse getting FIRED from the gig...well.....ITS HERE but more importantly Look Here for the solution

a quickyb4 i log off for a week...short top notch cables between guitar... amp & cab...Mike Frazer knows best! look him up peeps

cya in a week....adios for now

RichHamilton-the best setting for the Satchurator is the settings that Joe uses himself

Gain is at max 5O'clock, tone is a 9 O'clock, and volume is at 1-2 O'clock sounds great!

and yea I have been noticing price changes on Ibanez's cuz the JS1200 is $1600 when I saw it at $1300 in April, and the JS1000 was $1100 now is $1500

if the JS1200 and JS1000 are only $100 apart why not just spend another 100 and get the newer model?

Hello Everybody,

I got today off, but as usual, I was busy. Took down my Christmas tree, went to my hometown Harlan to check on my folks, put gas in the car, etc. Today was important because I scheduled a lunch meeting (at our hotel) with one of the faculty members at IPFW University earlier today. It went really well.

SuperDaveMcCarthy: Walks are excellent. Keep it up. If you are not, don't make me lace up my running shoes and start running over to get you moving. ;-) By the way, how's the family doing and did you manage to find any work (you and your wife)? I am keeping my fingers crossed for you both.

Guitarman77897: Wow, that is a lot of songs. Have you started trying any other Joe songs?

Fatape: Nice to hear from you. My first upcoming race will be February 8th, which is also my Dad's Birthday. It is a 5K Run and I am hoping to be under 19 minutes. I am trying to get under 18 minutes. I'm getting there slowly. I want to try to do a full marathon, if I could. The only factor is work and I am REALLY reliable/flexible for about everyone there.

js1200js1000: My Holidays were the usual: Spending time with my family. I didn't celebrate much nor did I drink on New Year's because I had to be at work early on New Year's Day.

Michelle: I wonder if that ice storm we had came over to you guys. Now we have this Winter Weather Advisory and Winter Storm Warning going on. They said about three to five inches of snow here in Fort Wayne. I drove earlier today and the roads are slick. Advice to you and to everyone, if you drive, give yourself plenty of time and drive safely.

Skippygirl: I try to focus and maintain a positive attitude (when I can) when anything comes up (good or bad). How the hell do I do it? I just do it. I'm young and I'm 23 (right now). I'll be 24 next month on the 24th. How is your guitar playing going? I have my first race coming up on February the 8th (a 5K Run). By the way, I like it when you call me Glitzy. Do you have any more nicknames for me? ;-)

Railton: It has been busy for me. Hell, I am busy every single day. At least I'm staying out of trouble, if you know what I mean. My work and running usually keeps me busy the most. By the way, Happy Belated Birthday. Sorry I did not have the chance to tell you sooner. That is awesome on what you are doing with your guitar and guitar playing, especially playing those Satch songs. It seems that you and Guitarman77897 can play a lot of those songs. Hey, why not, you both should put together a CD together tributing Joe's music. I like to listen to "16 Years" sometime.

Castle49: I am sorry that you are out of a job. I hope you get a job this year. I am glad that you adopted a cat. I am an animal person myself. I would have a pet to live with me in my apartment, but I can't. I am at work almost all the time. I also would have to get pet insurance and I am not going to fork over another couple of hundred bucks for that.

GoldenGirl2: I am glad to hear that you and your husband are doing well. By the way, congrats on the guitar lessons with Ry Kihn. AWESOME!!! I hope it is all well worth it. Let us know how it all went down.

Igneousiceman: How cool that you bike and I run. Exercise is important. From what I am hearing, our country (the good ol' USA), is the fattest country. I am not sure if that is true or not. I run, you bike, does anybody here swim? If so, we then can do a team triathalon (Swim, Bike, Run). I-D One goal for me is to do a full marathon.

Satriella: Sorry to hear about this whole divorce thing. I hope this all comes to an end real soon. I'm here for you. I hope you get to see more of your kids more this year. Prayers to you. Paul Giilbert album, huh? That's great!!! I have been busy as usual. I have about a million things on my plate, mind, etc. going on. My work, running, family, and whatever. I have my first race coming up February the 8th, which is a 5K Run.
