Well it's raining outside and that about fits my mood really. One of those days where it feels like the world is riding on your shoulders and you just want to shrug them and let the pieces fall where they may. I'm slowly killing myself by taking on more projects than I can handle and the people I'm supposed to be working with aren't always helpful.
I shouldn't be surprised though, I have a habit of working with people that promise the moon then hand me some cheese. It just gets annoying feeling like you have to do everything yourself. I'm not even a perfectionist I just think if you tell someone you're going to do something you should make your best effort to do it.
Anyway you may now be asking yourself what exactly this post is about. Aside from my downcast mood at the moment it's about all these friggen projects I have to do. Analyzing evidence from my paranormal groups most recent investigation, navigating red tape to become an official organization, organizing a charity event for kids' cancer research, organizing fund raising events for my paranormal group, organizing the filming of a couple investigations of historical sites (sorry no details), organizing travel plans for my group, and outlining a book I'm going to write on the paranormal.
Then of course there is the editing, writing a voice over script, and trying to find music for the most recently filmed documentary so that we can hopefully have it finished up by October. Finally of course having to depend on everyone else involved to hold up their end of the bargain and get their jobs done. It's a huge pain.
I never realized how hard it could be to find music for a documentary at a reasonable price. I've tried the local music scene but haven't found anyone that impresses me. The music has to be just right to convey the right mood. Oh well, hopefully I'll find something soon... or strike it rich and be able to purchase the ability to use a few songs that I like.

Ozzy..Back in 85, our band played the Strawberry Jam in Bald Knob Arkansas, the headliner was Johnny Van Zandt Band. The first band on featured a two brothers, guitar and vocals. During the first song the guitar player hit his brother in the head with his guitar, blood everywhere. I thought for a minute that vid was leading up to something similar.
Thanks Scubadaz for the info. I need to change the strings again. My Paul needs new tuners thus tuning probs. Is the Jem really as great as they say?..I would love to have 1 and a JS 1200, but I am in conserve mode. I would consider selling my Strat and possibly my RG 1570 to get one maybe later when things settle a bit.
Zack .

Zack K.. as long as telemarketers are not reading this post, you should be OK with putting out your #. Just be careful in the future. And hey if it works we all might put our # on to get Joe to call us. Just kidding Zack, we wish you luck.

Drake...A guy here in Pocahontas AR. has a paranormal investigation thing. I believe they call it "NAPS" I am not sure on the specifics but I did look it up on the web a few months ago. Weird stuff. I didn't realize how popular this sort of thing has gotten to be. My daughter watches one of the programs on TV.

Mikesb - continued well wishes for your pop and you and family.
Scubadaz - Youtube will take an upload of that video
... and now, to share last nights dream - and then someone can prescribe me some meds!
(without entering one) I won a competition to play live with Spinal Tap for three songs. Realise I need a better pedal setup and Bluey offers to set up a board for me. So I hop over to Ireland to pick up the pedal board. Whilst there, some ex Peter Gabriel band member turns up and delivers £10k worth of mixing desk for Al !? I post on here that I'm going to be playing live with Spinal tap and Cheese points out that Joe is doing a guest slot at the end of each of the ST gigs. So a bunch of you guys decide you're going to come watch. I go meet with some friends and we head to the venue for sound check. I get shown to stage and set up my gear. Then the band comes out, I get introduced and we sound check. After sound check I just keep practicing... show time arrives, and they introduce Joe towards the end. Everyone goes mad as he joins the stage. Then they call me so I walk out.....
..... and I wake up. I guess stage fright got me ; )
I have no idea what brought that on
Proper post later
