...hey did i tell you my canadian mental health asscoition worker is actualy a friend of mine?oh yeah he remebers me alright i have known this dude for like 20 years man the fouckn guy disapeared years ago hey man then came back and i guess got a job at the cmha never seen or heard from him until i joined up donny knows him too!.Did I tell you what happened like my first set of weider i had delivered to my house by transport truck hey man like to the sears outlet then on a big truck then to my place listen man the set realy is 2650 pounds balanced anyways i needed another setso i ordered them had them shipped to the outlet picked up with ron my cmha workers ford ranger pickup truck the fouckn thing could barely carry or pull them the nest day he was driving to work the bracket the shackle the hold the suspension spring on in the back broke off like tottaly busted off one side 3 days after that the other side broke he couldnt believe what he read on my weights how it said to rectify forced incarceration and to kill the police cures schizophrenia make immunes to aids but they realy are 2,649and 1/2 pounds balanced later wolf2 more coffee laterz wolfie.

Well it's 10.43pm Sunday here now, I guess all our American/Canadian/Mexican freinds will be in bed :0).
Just had a lovely dinner with friends since my new kitchen is finally operational.
Only 1 hr guitar practice this weekend due to all my other duties....didn't get back to Ten Words yet but lots of other stuff is sounding much better. Practiced the two octave scale and "Simple Gifts".
Dumb Question #28 - since your 2nd finger is the longest and your 4th the shortest how the heck do you play notes with those fingers in succession???? i.e. 5th string 8th fret then 10th fret do you curl your 2nd up and stretch out the 4th because you can't hold your hand in the same position......aarrgghhhhhhh
BTW what email did you all receive about Chickenfoot cos I sure as hell didn't get one?

Just got back from a 45 mile bike ride...ever so slightly tiring :) Oh, and last night I dreamt I bought a 'Time Machine', good I hear you say...it was red though. Did complement the Sathurator well I must say...
Cosmic_ape: Ok, you're old. But I'm not, and I still much prefer to actually have a CD I can put on in the car or on a good stereo as opposed to being shackled to the Comp whenever I want to listen to music. Still cannot beat the feel of Vinyl though. I would love to be able to buy vinyl and download the songs for free as well.

So much to read there, and yet not nearly enough, can't wait for the magazine to come out. These guys all sound so super-excited to be doing this....I laughed out loud at this from Sammy:

Joe, I'm glad the name Chickenfoot has grown on you enough to accept it cuz yer right...it's what the group does together, rather than the name, that's the most important. But ya know......I just gotta say the damn name is quirky and really so original it's perfect!! All 4 of you have your own quirks and originality and you're blending those things together to make a whole 'nuther entity with a life of it's own....Chickenfoot WORKS!! :) And it's completely memorable..."The Nine" ........well, not so much, LOL!! And the logo is pure genius in it's simplicity and symbolism. It even looks like a chicken foot, lol!
We're all gonna hafta go around now making the Chickenfoot sign.... 3 fingers held out pointing down kinda like an upside down "W" ...it's gonna be the NEW ROCK sign!!

burly...I've only been living in Minnesota since '92. Our bass player is from Minneapolis and he's 8 years older so it's very possible he's heard of Excalibur. I'll ask him.. Our bass player's name is Darrell Shuster...does that ring a bell?

Hey Joe! I just found this site and wanted to let you know how much my household here just loves your music! I've turned my stepson into a 'Joe' fan 7 years ago when he was 4. You need to come back to Detroit Joe so we can come see you! Also wanted to tell you that your song 'The Forgotten' is my favorite; that song has SO much feeling in it. 1994, Italy :) How easy is it I wonder, to see a video of yourself and be instantly transported back to that very place and time, and feel what was going on then? Just wondering if things ever get blurry when a person has been so many places, and seen and done so much :)

...well so your in pain,feel rough but wait rotax pain,s does this sound familliar frank? gee,s i hope im better from my 470 rotax for the snow so i can ride my 250 rotax in the dirt!.You know something man the rotax will do one of two things cure you or kill you but you want to know something theirs absoluetly nothing wrong with you you here me thats a racer x ray on the risperidon 13 years older from the last time you rode you have all the same things happening as withouut 13 years younger your fine perfect the rotax just cleaned the veins and derived nutirtion from deep take about 3 vitamins a day for about 12 -17 days shes working beautiful anyways later wolf2.

chelle, p'haps a dual career is in order? Joe's makin some changes right now, why not add in a lil side-project, do some men's clothing modeling.....it could happen!! I'd pay fer a JCP catalogue in that case, I would, LOL!!
Ya know....I suppose a person hasta be kinda careful....u don't wanna piss off a Joe-fan, but at the same time u gotta have some sense of order around here. howdy folks-- i've deleted the new multiple posts by lucaaaasssss and also instituted some basic limits on posting that i think will help keep things from getting *too* out of order and yet not limit the regular communications folks have here.
the revised rules are simple-- you can only post every 5 minutes and you can only post 50 messages per 24 hour period.
and yes, folks are remembering correctly- i was looking for y'all to help self-select someone who could assist in general moderation-style operations a while ago. that was before chickenfoot started happening and i was planning on spending time moving the site to a new back end system, though so that's a bit out the window for the moment :} but, if these changes don't help enough, i may return to that idea as i don't have enough time in the day to catch things as quickly as you all do!
i'm on my way down south this coming week for some rehearsal and a special little thing i can't really say much about but i'll try to sneak out a photo of the guys at work for y'all. i'm also going to try and get the new video greeting from joe up by tomorrow. :}
thanks for all you do to keep this community a really amazing one. let's keep the focus on what we want to talk and not reduce to giving attention to people who so desperately want it!

Slan, if ever my help was needed I'm happy to do whatever, but it sounds like Jon has it well-sorted for now and changes are coming, so now we all get to wait and see!!
And I wouldn't say I know everything about Joe, no way!! There's tons about him that is a mystery....as it should be, LOL!!
And yes....a fan is one thing...but being so disprespectful....can't be allowed. We should call Jon the YAMINATOR!!
