Alan-Very good playing...A dedicated player..Doesn't gripping the pick hurt?
My little brother's father Dr.John was a studio guitarist in the late 50s down in New Orleans. He was also pretty much a gangster and ended up getting shot in the hand, which made playing difficult, so he switched to the piano, and the rest is history. So there you go Alan, if your finger renders your playing difficult you can switch to another instrument...Mac (dr. John) can still play guitar very well but the piano seemed to be easier for him at the time.
Here are a couple more links: Mac's Boogie and With Eric Clapton (VH1 Duets)

Nois, Al, nois. Just realised you pick really close to the neck? Why is that? I've been resting the heel of my palm on the bridge to give it an orientation point to reference the 6 strings' locations (i.e. so I don't think I'm on certain string when I aint).
roo - lucky you and lucky Mrs roo getting a Euror/CF trip.
scuby - great idea to raise the funds, I would easily organise the whole T2J tour, it's more so not being able to take the time off though. Checked your vid again and, yeah the guitar doesn't move, why does mine keep dropping to horizontal? Yours looks to be about 25-30% from horizontal.
Gotta go, AFL season STARTS TONIGHT yeah! with my team in the opening round woo hoo!!!!!! We come from Tigerland, da da da da da.........

McKenna "sprained" is temporarely displaced (out of it's place, overstretched, torn, fucked up) and that it came back to it's original place doesn't mean it isn't bad Lance Amstrongs collar bone is back from 4 pieces to one, and back in place. Still it is completely fucked up for some time. Ya know. A doctor knows if something heals in the right place and the right way so it won't stay bend all over the place forever. Don't gamble. Better safe than sorry, etc
And I didn't have to look close for that trunk!

burly:- Finding an Aussie Whammy was very difficult,but...try feeding your favourite cat through an old style clothes wringer. You'll find it gives you a very authentic Whammy style 'double octave up' sound.
roo:- For a genuine fatape distortion chain your favourite pitbull terrier to your back fence securely and hold the aformentioned cat six inches out of said dogs reach and, hey presto!!! Distotion like you wouldn't believe!!!!!!
No,no..don't thank me!!! Just send me your credit card details and i'll be glad to fleece you!!!!
C'MON AUSSIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. I'm currently working on a new fatape phaser pedal but i'm not sure whose nipples to connect the electrodes to. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Joe!
My name is Greta Morgan and I wanted to ask you if there is anyway I can get a autograph from you for my husband's birthday, which is on April 19th. We have been together for 21 years and have seen all your concerts and gigs in Atlanta when you have been in town. My husband is your biggest fan, like you never have heard that before; but he really is. His jam room that he has at his work is decorated with your posters, pics we have gotton at your concerts and cd labels framed on the wall. I would really like to surprise him with something very special from you. I am willing to pay for it. Im not asking for anything free. I know your time is very valuable. Please contact me by my email and I can give you my address. After 21 years with my husband im still madly in love with him and we love listening to your music. Its part of our relationship; brings back good memories! Please let me know as soon as you can due to his birthday is April 19th. I will do what ever it takes.
