It works now...very nice. It's a great interview, if I can call it that when we don't really hear Bruce. I think the coolest thing is getting to hear other songs, though...Avenida Revolution, My Kinda Girl, and Turnin' Left. These are all great...again, I have to say it really does sound like Soap On A Rope and Down The Drain are the weakest two tracks on this album. And those are still good.
Man, the riff at the beginning of Turnin' Left is killer!
I drove up to NorCal today...it's a million degrees up here, ugh. There's a heat advisory in SF tomorrow, with temperatures near 90.

Do the Stu--Yeah, we're having some hot days up here and our air conditioning broke down. Have to tough it out until a repair person arrives on Monday.
See ya tomorrow.

Austin, it's time you repeat your last driving trip, but this time in 95+ degree heat. Over here we still wear jackets when it's 90. .... jeje, just kidding bro
I did go once to a beach where it was 100 degrees with 90% humidity. I'd walk out of the hotel and in 10 minutes I'd be drenched in sweat. Never doing that again!!

GG2, GGSteve, Austin, T, Chrispy and any other T2Jers going to the show Sunday, have a great time, from the looks of the Vancouver vids on YT it's going to be a great show.
And I'll be back at work cos it will be Monday here.............
burly - guten morgan mate, bacon and eggs?
glitzy - sounds all good with you that's great. The geetar is going v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y but got about an hour in today, chord switching is getting better, almost in time to sound like a song, and strumming is getting better too. I have a wobbly first 1-2 verses from the start of Ten Words I have no idea how I will ever play the solo but hey one step at a time is all I do. Have a great week and keep running strong.

Skippy: Sorry to do this but, your German was a bit out. It would be: 'Guten Morgen' I do apologise for that, but I did my German exam on Friday so I'm seeing grammar errors everywhere :)

Not gonna let you beat me to the punch, Austin. My review is now officially posted over in the Road. Thanks for the tips (the window extends off the side of my screen and i didn't think to scroll). Very much looking forward to hearing about the Fillmore show tonight. I didn't know about Eric Johnson until I saw him open for Satch but, like you, became a huge fan of Musicom and Venus. Saw them together again on the G3 tour.
Igneousiceman: My Devils Slide ride is definitely a very fast twisty-turny roller coaster single track with a very serious drop in the middle. Can't wait til it dries out this year to try out my new Cannondale Rize at top speed.
michelle: Yes, El Corazon was very, very small. The guys couldn't even run around on the stage. Their rehersal hall must have been 10 times as large. LED lights behind the stage turned out to be a very cool effect - but sunglasses would have been nice at times.
js1200js1000: Say what you will about Vancouver, but you can't deny that they gave us Loverboy. As far as I am concerned, Vancouver totally rocks because 1. it is the gateway to Squamish and Whistler, and 2. that's where Jean Larrivee built me my 12 string acoustic, complete with Fishman Matrix - oh how I love it.

Wolf - you may be pleased to know that reported in yesterday's paper was some Melbourne scientists who have identified a brain protein deficiency in 25% of schizophrenia patients so they can now devise a test for certain types of the disease but also a treatment (will take a couple of years for the treatment).

Do The Stu - yep, a little odd (the interview). Sorry for the link gaff, it was late. Sounds like Summer has started, lucky peeps! Enjoy the gig.... let us know how it went huh ; )
Scuba - well, I'm impressed with your lock picking. What will you progress on to next? I'm guessing combination breifcases would be a backward step.
Igneous - I think you were watching Silence of the Lambs and I just didn't feel like typing it all. What did you think of it?
