Austin, I don't get the fries, I get the onion rings... And I get the freckled lemonade, over and over again... I do not think the burgers are that great, but the combination is killer every now and then... I love the guacamole burger or the one with the fried egg...
Aplebee's has a new burger menu that I've been meaning to try, but there are none locations close to me... well, not that close... I'm so lazy...
I wouldn't say I'm a RR kind of guy, I'll take a good bar burger any day over a theme restaurant one...

I am sorry Joe, but you should stick to what you do best and thats play the guitar solo. Sammy Hagar and the Chickenfoot thing does not help your image. I love your music and listen to you all the time, but I just don't get the Chickenfoot thing. I never have been a fan of Sammy Hagar. I know alot of peple like him, I am just not one of them. Once again, I absolutely love your solo work and have seen you in concert. Please just go back to doing what you do best. I am eagerly awaiting your next albulm. A fan for always. Greg

Hey y'all , glad you like my pics, Austin and Andrew (aka..the twin towers ) let me stand in front of them so I would have a better view for taking them. A big thank you to them !!
Tracie and Chris , my rock & roll co-pilots! We will ride again!!
Thanks for sharing the experience with us.
The show was incredible and unique in that I did not know most of the songs which made it an evening of discovery. I had the feeling and still think I witnessed something very special. We may never see this band play in these intimate settings again. What a privilege.....thanks Joe

Was Joe smiling and having so much fun before or after the half nekked ladies turned up??
Igneousiceman - took me a while to fathom what you meant about vid views. I didn't think about that. Yep, it's that scene I was on about. I've seen worse since, Hostel springs to mind. BTW, looks like upside down photos is something to do with either Twitterberry or more likely Twitterberry & orientation on a Bberry Storm as it's not just happening to me
Scubadaz - LMAO, rupert the bear pants. Ok, nice spot!
Skippygirl - I just woke up and wanted to play. I was naked when I fell out of bed, assumed that version wouldn't get passed on youtoob, so threw on a top and my Rupert bear trousers. The croissants lived that morning LOL
Fatape - pickled nipples!? Woah, what diet are you on?
Ozzy - but they don't have my pants?? I was obviously ; ) going for this
look, sans jacket LOL (hover over the pic)
Do The Stu - nice head rocking throughout. Is there any vid you're not in? ha ha... and you love Marino AND Mountain Dew... that's stupidly coincidental. I still hate 13
Slansh - nice post (firkins). Long time since I've listened to any of his work. I have his first album somwhere, this was the opener, very catchy: Laughing Stacks
Burly - it's got to be just aero probs with McLaren as it looks to have good mechanical grip. They seem competitive so far (Monaco practice sessions). Qually soon so see what's what then. How's my burger loving mate Juan Pablo doing?
Cosmic Ape - did you really ask Blue Moon why he's obessed with In & Out? See any DCK posts for the answer to that (only messing with you McK)...
Mahavishnu - nice pics as always. See you in the fall maybe?
Right, time for some breakfast..

Has anyone here ever been to a taping of the Tonight Show? I'd like to go, but I have a feeling the taping will be late in the afternoon and I'll miss out on getting a spot in line for the signing at Best Buy. If it's one or the other, I'll go with the autographs...
cosmic_ape - I forgot about the Red Robin onion rings. You know, all this talk makes me want to try that place again...it's been quite a while.
Have you ever been to Outback Steakhouse? Their burger is one of my favorites...
Mahavishnu - You're welcome. Trading spots worked out better for me, too...it's easier to see over you than it is my brother. ;-) It was wonderful hanging out with you and Debbie (and Tracie and Chris) again...can't wait 'til the next time!
Is anyone back from the Chicago gig yet? What'd you think?

Pip Satrini - I just checked the Bitten By The Wolf video on the Blabbermouth news page that Skippygirl linked to, and I'm not in that one. I'm too close to center stage, so I'm not ever in frame. Boo hoo... ;-)

Back from some days at Prog Sud festival. Other earth. Meet some new great friends.
Tony Levin (King Crimson, Peter Gabriel..) is very cool.
Mike/Cube : check the canadianD Project
Roy Marchbank : It's near from Barc. You should leave your studio & come & play here. They are marvelous.
JOE fisher price : Why not taking time to come to prog sud? They are very serious.
____________
Next step : Jeff Beck at Sete in south of France. Not enough time & money to check Chickenfoot at Montreux.
I feel good.

I'm probably not the only one, but has anyone noticed Sammy's slightly odd shaped mic stand? Any ideas why it's like that?
JSPhil: Ah I'm just too criptic sometimes....Maybe it's Twitpic that's the prob and not you?! :)
scuba: I know what you mean about the Rock Licks section, it's not a great interpretation but they normally do quite good ones. Personally I like Guitarist for the reviews mainly, at least it's better than Total Guitar! (I hate the 'Woah-I'm-a-hyped-up-metaller-who's-going to swear and widdle meaninglessly'..but that's just me :)...)

I got GW once, quite liked it too...but you're right. Those 3 tend to just do the same or similar techniques/songs. GW has too many ads in it for me, seems to be 50-50 ads and actual proper guitar stuff....or maybe that's just me being cynical....:)

Zen:Painfully true but surely any self-respecting human being can see what the english did t Eire & others in the name of her majesty was wrong & should give back t its people whats rightfully theirs with apology.
I remember being called an IRA sympathizer when i,d come home from Dublin...the only thing i,d done wrong was live in the country for 5 years and enjoy working with her people.I was looked on as a traitor for standing up for the republic in a barful of hateful queen loving orangemen even now some back home look at me with loathing, feckin ignorant brits there,s no reasoning with them

Hi all, quick question. I've been listening to Satch for about 20 years now and have virtually every recording he's ever made. However, I just came across a version of Pachelbel's "Canon" on youtube that is claimed to be recorded by Joe. Can anyone (Joe!) confirm this? I can't seem to find anything that verifies the fact that Joe ever recorded this song.
I love this song and would be thrilled to learn that Joe recorded this amazing version. Where can the recording be found for purchase?

Do The Stu - don't know if this has already been posted but this vid of Bitten By The Wolf is GREAT, just look at Joe having such a great time and subsequent vids, the guy taking the footage was right in front of Joe at the Roxy.
Man it's just all sex on fire LOL.
Pip - well there's some imagery for us all :0).
roo - thanks for pointing that out to the world, BTW how did you get 4 copies of Oh Yeah?????

igneous...if you look at Sammy's mic stand from the side, you can easily see it's in the shape of an "R"....fer the Red Rocker :) Very cool I think!!
Scanloni, to the best of my knowledge, Joe has never done that song but many, many times he's credited (wrongly) with it.
Pip, Joe was smiling no matter who showed up, but lemme tell u....dem wimmens tried to push their way to the front, not only outside but inside the venue and not a single person was having it!! We all paid our dues standing in line outside fer 8 hours before the show.....if they wanted to be that close, they shuda shown up early too.
Austin, I guess given the choice, I'da chosen wimmens over pee too, LOL!! That's just NAAAAAASTY!! I hate when people go to a concert just so they can get drunk and slobber or pee all over other peoples' good time!
You made an awfully strong statement there when u said you don't even wanna listen to VH anymore, Chickenfoot is that good....WOO WOO!!!
I know it's not even 7 am here yet, but in Chicago it's almost 9:00, idn't it?
C'MAN CHICAGO PEEPS, HOW WAS THE SHOW??
