burly, thanks for the good info, it all makes sense of course. I actually already lost a bit of weight, but haven't been exercising much...however, according to cube, all I gotta do is move a treadmill into my space at work, sit on it and I'll get the best kinda exercise there is!! :D Maybe my chins will migrate back up from my knees, my belly will travel up from my rear....and then I'll be more evenly lumpy :)))) lol!

Ahhh Blue_Moon---Go ahead and enjoy yer M&Ms. Maybe one day you will develop a liking for dark chocolate like fatape and me. I didn't always like dark chocolate as much as I do now. Ya just have to grow in enjoyin' chocolate over the years......at least for me. Y'll see.
Live long and prosper, young man!

Guitarvibes--I'm still savoring the Marc Resch book and learning about the red light district in Amsterdam. I love the statue in the midst of the district......make a great picture for my (hahaha) new magazine BITS! What a great place for a museum--the history of sex in civilization. Great to have a place to go for "higher" education besides a stolid sweep it under the carpet USA where pretending to be so-above it all has become an artform especially in certain tight circles of despicable greed, maliciousness and vicious hatred--a previous Presidential administration comes to mind and also the one from more than 30 years ago! The USA needs to clean up its act and join the rest of the world INCLUDING CANADA in a more realistic, compassionate and open view and behavior towards our fellow earthlings........I am certain that compassion is as valuable today and in the future as it was in the past.
I am sooooooooo knackered!!! ;-/

Another vote here against dark chocolate. My wife loves it, so whenever we buy a cake for her you can be sure I won't be eating it! :)

Ingneousiceman: Not weird at all to see or hear Ms. Batten with Mr. beck. She studied with him for years. Check out some of his projects, you may find her name in the credits or in a honorable mention. Both Fine players. Check out Rusty Cooley! I love his song, "Under the Influence" It's the best!

Satchblues - thanks mate that link is gold, really enjoyed hearing a snippet of each song on the CD.
Got a nice new lime green ipod for Mothers' Day (we don't do MD in a big way, this year for some reason they went silly) I thiink because the kids knew I'd crammed the 2gb one full. Now I can cram more Joe on and have room for others :0).
Have a great week all.
burly - 'morning mate, up and at 'em....
