I'd love for a defender or defensive midfielder to be the hero tomorrow... just like Iniesta did against Chelsea, it would be cool for a non-programmed striker to do the job... My money is on Toure Yaya, or Keita...

Alan Mc--Nice picture of you on Myspace, handsome young man! ;-) Family all around ya now.....a very Irish thing. They must be astonished at how you've grown up...so fast it must seem to those over 45 years old! Just a clan having a reunion, right?

Mr. Zf--I can't tell if the photo is of you or Steve Vai!!! ;-D

My Steve and I set out early tomorrow morning to Stanford clinic to meet with nurse practitioner and possibly doctor who will perform surgery on Steve's heed on Monday, 1 June. Gotta stay calm for my man....Need some answers about what to expect. It's gonna be a long day! And 1 June will be a very long day. I will be camping out at Stanford for as long as it takes. I love my man......Yes.

Still, I wonder what would Joe do under these circumstances....What would Steve Vai do??????

Roy- The dancer should see a doctor about all that clanking noise in her hips. Sounds like she is full of tin cans.

Another huge rain........

Happy Wednesday all.

cosmic ape: Good to hear from you too! Hope all's well...did you get to see Chickenfoot in CA? I can't wait t see JOe!

Do The Stu: So glad to hear from you Austin! Happy Belated Birthday!! I know you will find a better position for your talents....so will I.

Thank you for your kind words. I will def stop by with some words & some photos after the show. I have so many wonderful photos from Joe's last US tour that'll blow your minds but just got buried in the move.. I'll make sure that don't happen again!

Next time I'm in Cali we'll meet up for sure.....Steven's best friend works for Fishman Electronics so I'll never be shut out of NAMM again.;-)))

Slanshroom: Hey Roy, I'm so happy to hear things r so Wonderful for u & Fam! Life is never perfect but we need to embrace what we have.....

It's been real tough for me being apart from Steven , sometimes I don't know how I can stay positive ( I get really depressed).....He's my anchor. Knowing that we WILL be together & this is temporary keeps me going.

I am so happy for y & Tura. Fam is what it's all about...sometimes tho thay don't meet our expectations or wants but in the end ALL IS GOOD. It all works out....maybe not how we planned but there is a bigger plan...if we just get out of the way & let it happen.

Spending time with y was the highlight of our trip, Steven says so too! ;-) I have to send you some photos..remind me if I forget. ;-) Hope 2 get back there real soon.....I just LOVE Europe!! We'd love to meet up with y again my friend. Peace & love ( ps you talk to Ronnie lately?!)

MikeSB: Hey Mikey!! you coming to NYC??!! Hope 2 see yah real soon....Email me when y have time, how's Dad? I FINALLY saw & met JOE BONAMASSA!! WestHampton Beach, LI, NY It was Phenomenal...small Venue I was in the FRont Row!! He gives me GOOSEBUMPS. Not many guitarists can do that....SRV, JOe, SV, AndyTimmons, Jimi and a few others.....(Arc Angels Doyle Bromhall among others)

Zenfish: Hello my friend....Hope you are well & happy! Miss talking with you.

Cappy Steve & DCK: Hey guys!! nice to see ya!

Al McKenna, your MySpace page played Vantage Point when I checked it out. I was expecting an all out blistering shred fest, and I've gotta say that I was very pleasantly surprised by what I heard. This is a very well rounded song, I'm having quite a hard time putting into words how it made me feel. Thanks for sharing and keep it up!!

Slansh : sounding Telecaster twang with a YJM Strat is insane.

Goldengirl2 : hum.. i'm not sure to catch your point.

I supposed that Mr Vai would have taken a Superstrat or an Ibanez to do the picture. In fact, it's what he has done.. He's born under the sign of the searching Superstrat Charvel, the finding Strateinstein evh, & one of the greatest conclusion of these old time : the Satch Boodie Charvel. The Humbucker progression. Personnaly, i can't left the single coil Boat. If this means something.

MariSRV : hi my friend. I'm fine. I'm just back from a wonderful rock prog festival, with very good musicians on stage, & an incredible human being in the organization. Hard to come back to reality. How are you? Good luck for the job..
