Austin-I would go if tickets weren't selling for 150$.El Corazon is a pretty lame venue, I wouldn't want to pay more than 40 bucks to get in there.

im not sure Austin the CF gig is in a festival type thing, but its a venue i think, aparently the seats are far back and its on Cork, which is prob the other big city in Ireland so 3-4 hour travel for folks from Dublin who want to get there, + its on a tuesday so not the most ideal

but tons of acts playing the day before and after so not sure, its probabyl a medium sized venue

and i lieka bita sun even though my irish heritage doesnt approve, we're just not built for sun exposure! but it does cheer u up from time to time

Hi Joe! My name is Jeff Garland. I am a big fan of yours. Just wanted to say you kick the shit out of any other guitarist. I hope you win that battle in court against coldplay. Have a nice day.

Skippy- to finish what I was saying about the water,..Alcohol causes the brain to dehydrate and shrink per say ( it draws inward). The next morning when the brain re-hydrates and swells back out to normal, this causes hangover headaches. So drink plenty of water during the day before you go drinking at night.

Guitarman 7787-- I have CD4 but really only played it a couple times. I am so hooked on Company of Heros though. are you going to the Chicago Show? spent about 500 bones for me and my brother in law. will be so worth it. and we get in early and a T-shirt. not sure if you get to meet the band, but that would be an unexpedted surprise. later

Wonder how show #1 is going? I'm excited to hear all about it.

I'll have to read about it tomorrow. I have lovely guitar medleys in my head and I must go sleep on them.

Thanks al!

The first Chickenfoot gig has probably been over for half an hour or so by now, so... If you're reading this and you were there, well, how was it? :-)

About how many Chickenfoot songs did they do? How many covers? What time did they actually go on, and how long was the show?

Questions, questions...

What happened in Seattle peeps?????????????? Come on give us a report somebody.

burly, lorenzo001 - thanks guys, appreciate the tips - I take the Berocca soluble in water so that provided some hydration and I also take liquid chlorophyll in the mornings with water so I felt just dandy today, I don't need to say I'm never drinking again like some.....

Iggy - I will watch your vid later tonite THANKS I am sure it will help with my attempt!

Will check YT in a coupla hours for and vision of Seattle - they better hanve bloody waved.

edit: this from Twitter "Exceeded fire code with 840 peeps and Seattle fire dept trying 2 shut show down -- no one is leaving -- Chickenfoot baby!! "

?? wow sounds exciting

and this one: "Holy MOFO Effin Gods of ROCK...CHICKENFOOT was insane! Long live Sammy, Joe, Michael & Chad! Run, don't walk to buy this record! PEACE! "

I can say the first chickenfoot show was SO AWESOME!!

Joe, thanks so much for signing my JS1200! That really meant a lot to me, been wanting one of your guitars since I was a kid. Got one last year and now it's signed! So cool! Too bad I couldn't be there to meet you, good thing my dad had it covered :)

Great show!

Ps, I'm glad "highway star" stuck out in rehearsals. Your solo was KILLER man!
