Cheese after you have done this for 3-4 weeks use Saturday for a cheat day. Eat something you really like, but jump right back into the routine on Sunday or use Sunday as a cheat...

I was not really fat, I was very muscular about 270 lbs, very solid very strong.

After 40 My knees would not hold up to suit my active lifestyle. I last a lot of muscle but I lost the excess fat around my middle.

I have never had a 6 pack, but now with just a little ab work I can have it.

read your labels..I got off cholesterol meds as well as blood pressure. and I will never go back to that again. It is a lifestyle change that was very doable. It works like nothing else.

Tonight is my cheat night. I'm going for a huge plate of grilled chicken and pasta with Asiago sauce...yummy. That is what I crave, and of course you can't overload on pasta during the week because of the carbs.

Try it you will like it.

Ozzy - now THAT's encouraging - spill the beans buddy, or drop me an email with the inside goss pls - I so hope you are right.!! We will have to organise a T2J bus like the UK Pip one.

Re the fires - hope all are safe, Lord knows we have the recent fire experiences here still fresh in our minds so we feel for anyone facing fires near them.

Thanks for all the links and interviews everyone, I have really enjoyed this build up to CF - wish I could be in SF or anywhere for the shows and hope you all have a great time.

Great new Dream Theater song released, the video is even cooler!

Even better, I started surfing that site for concerts in NM and TX and Slayer is playing in Albuquerque along with a bunch of great new metal bands. Slayer is one of the few artists I like that I haven't seen live doing a headline show (30 minutes at Ozzfest doesn't count, I barely started moshing when it was all over). I guess this will be my 2009 concert trip!

Joe _ I'm confused.

I have to admit that for me there's no key of tone.

Each one his own. Tone is infinite.

I need a Strat. Simply a standard strat, & what is between. I know nothing about heads, & i need the between.

Just realized that what is between isn't in a head, or is the sleeping head.

Don't fancy eating worms to be honest with you....cake sounds good though.
Snapped a string yesterday, which is a bit weird as I wasn't really playing 'hard'. Anyway, gives me an excuse to clean the geetar up a bit; I live in THE dustiest house known to man. It gets everywhere....

....Their!,now both shock`s on my prs indepentent front suspension on my 1985 ski-doo formula mx are brand new one each side. Here,s how yesterday went down around here!.I replace the shock and spring on the right hand side last year shock and spring were already together brand new from cycle salvage ,so I had the old blown leaking oil shock from that side with the good spring on it.i waited until around 3 pm for this new aftermarket kimpex shock absorber I ordered from the yamah dealership so I could pick it up I also ordered two,2 600 mainjet,s it nee,d to be a little richer in the carbuarateros so I can rev it higher without blowing her up around 7 000 rpm she might blow with the 560 size jet,s in her it get weak for fuel oil mixture above 6200 -6300 on my tachometere i can tell never chsanged them yet though anyways so I rode my bicycle to the yamaha dealership about a mile and a half away up a big hill both ways hill about 150 meters long came back home no spring on this new shock you have to use your,s grabbed that old shock from the right hand side with the good spring put it, and the new shock in my knapsack rode my biccyel another mile and a half the other direction into town.I had to use the press with a licenced mechanic to press the shock so we could remove the retainer to get the spring off put the spring on the brand new shock had to reuse the shcok bushings from the old shock annywas did that assembled braned new shcok assembly came home aited ate supper the blown shock was still mounted on the left hand side had to disasemble the front end took the old shock and spring off realy leaking oil it was.Their was no easy way to install the new shock had to reasemble the front end like it wouldnt go back together with the shcok in place so i unbolted the shcok the only thing i could do was pry it with more then full power to get the top shcok bolt in did that all bolts are in with lots of threads started on the nuts today we snug her all down the shcok tutrned out to be 60 dollars instead of 50 the main jets for my flat slides were like like 4 dollars each these flats slide have alot of parts internal which are the same as a regular mikuni carb no shit so 30 dollars at the yamaha dealer couple days ago for the tune yp for the t,nt annother 76 or 78 dollars yesterday did all that from 3 pm to 720 pm more coffee later wolfinator .
