Cyber John, Dave's acoustic cd is fantastic! Have a listen! I'll have to check out JB's new one. My hubs likes him too. As for Chickenfoot, you DEAFinitely have to check them out one of these tours, earplugs firmly in place please. lol!
Sis update, she got sprung from the hospital yesterday, and so far, so good at home. Had pain last night, but okay so far today. Hope everything is on the upswing for her now.

Hello Joe,
My name is Garret Lane. I'm the Bass Player for "ICE 9 - Joe Satriani Tribute", out of Corvallis, Oregon. On Reverbnation, I'm trying to get "ICE 9" included in the "RAW Showcase" in Portland Oregon.
They require a "Song" of our Band, Performing!
I just wish to know the proper channels to follow to be able to obtain "Permission" to "Use one of Your Songs" so that we may have a shot at one of these, for us, Major Showcases!
I realize there are always fairly large monitary fees for such permissions, but This is the first step.
I will address the next issue as it confronts me!
We, ICE 9 w/ Jimmy Knowles on Lead Guitar, are tremendouse Fans of Your Music and wish only to Lift It Up! Garret M. Lane 72rick1@gmail.com

Hey hey!
Crazy excited about the news!!! Marco Minnemann and Bryan Beller will be touring with Joe!!! This is HUGE!!!
Any Porcupine Tree fans around here? Steven Wilson's new album The Raven That Refused To Sing (And Other Stories) is easily the best album of the year.. might even be the best prog album I've ever heard (no foolin!). Guthrie Govan on guitar.. Marco Minnemann on drums (2/3's of The Aristocrats!) it is beyond inspired.
Marco drumming for Joe should be something really special! I'm hoping that he's going to get very creative with it. I don't mean that I want to see him re-write the parts but I would love to see him "put the eyebrows on it" like Frank Zappa called it.
How's everyone been? Longtime nosee.
smooches,
» Phy³

Nothing like a new album yayyyy!
See you in 7 weeks Joe.
Hmm wonder if any of the 16 songs being considered for the new album was influenced by my Satch Gangnam Style video?

Hi, Master of Music..of nicest music, love your sounds, and your simplicity in your clinics...Your joy that reaches everyone of us while you´re playing..
Hope someday you can come to Patagonia in Argentina..
