Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well. I missed Joe on Jay Leno, but I'm sure I'll see it online or when it's a repeat on late night.
Been busy with work at both of my jobs. Restaurant during the mornings and banquets throughout the day and night, including Christmas parties. Kind of glad it's around that time to be busy at the hotel. The guitar store is going well to; making the extra few dollars has helped me for this holiday season/shopping.
I had a suprise a couple days ago. I met up with an old friend/boss of mine and we got to chill out for a little bit. About a couple years ago, I surprised him with a JS100 in white, and during our meet, he wanted to give it back to me. Therefore I just said yes, so I got the guitar back and it's officially mine. I think I better start learning guitar soon.
I have one more race to go for this year and I've been practicing/conditioning in this cold weather. I'll have that 50K coming up on December 18th in Huntington, not far from my town of Fort Wayne. Still a little upset that it's the last one, but glad I'm signed up for it. Hopefully I can do better than 5 hours and 11 minutes like last year. ;-) The run is at 8:00 A.M. so wish me luck when it's time.
Joe, hope things are going well for you on your tours. I did notice you have gigs on the 17th and the 19th, Cleveland and Chicago I think. Think you could pop in Indiana on the 18th in Fort Wayne, or in Huntington in the morning? It would be cool if you did come, but I shouldn't get my hopes up. All the best for you and this Holiday season.
Happy Belated Birthday Wolf2!
Hope all of you are well. Chat with you all later.
Grant

Hey Joe! This is my first post here and I hope you read it.
I'm from Brazil and I bought the JSX 212 combo 2 months ago. A few weeks ago, however, I was informed that the amp is being discontinued. What happened?? Anyway, this is a great amp and I'm very happy to have it. The clean channel is very clean, the crunch channel is great and the Ultra... well, I'm learning to work with the Ultra Channel.. It is a little bit noisy but it's great!
So Joe, you should talk to your guys and come to Brazil for some shows!
Cheers!
Guilherme.

Well U2 last night was a great show, the stadium was full, it was lovely and warm and the band was great. We took the joeys who are too young to be down in the crush yet so we had seats in the stand dead in front. The claw stage, lighting and effects are amazing, and Bono as always knows how to work the crowd.
JayZ was fun as the support act, I like the way he used Radiohead samples in his songs.
Hey Joe, enjoy the rest of the tour, great pic with Nicko and the band.
Its our turn for a tour Joe!!

Grant - good news on the JS guitar! Sounds like you're keeping busy as usual. Is the race in Huntington a 5k?
Guitarman77897 - I've recently been a Buckethead junkie... Great jams. I'll probably see you in Chicago.

Glitzy - that's great about the guitar!
Jon/Joe - I've really enjoyed Allen's blogs, they fill in the gaps between shows and give us an indication as to what's happening as the band travels. Would it be possible to churn out a few during a tour to add to your video/photo plan?
I also thought Mike Keneally's recent live webchat was great and it seemed fairly simple to do technically. Of course, so many people logged questions that Mike was way behind trying to answer them, but it was fun and he had a laugh with his fill in keyboard player who was in the room too and we got to see the "off duty" Mike just having a laugh. If Joe could arrange a couple of those it would be great, especially for the overseas fans - in fact I think a couple that can only be logged into by Australian fans would be perfect LOL.

Did Buckethead ever do solo instrumental albums (no singing or minimal singing)? If so, recommendations welcomed.

the show in orlando at the house of blues was just brilliant and outstanding. of course being 8 feet in front of joe really makes it. great set. what a powerful sound the marshalls make. all in the band were flipping brilliant too. mike on keyboards is a fantastic addition. alan is superb and i really don't need to comment on jeff and galen now do i? the meet n greet was way behind schedule for some reason but all was grand any way. i have a brand new joe drawing on my js now. just a few hours more till i see him again in clearwater. the only drag about this whole thing was i was forced off the road by a careless driver in a large suv and hit a large pothole/crater in the emergency lane and destroyed my right front rim and suspension. almost tore it off completely. that loser kept on driving. not sure if they ever saw me. i will see just how "like a good neighbor" my insurance company is. prolly $1000 to $1500 in repair costs.

Distorted Soul: Rick, I am still a little dumbfounded from getting the guitar back. One of my best friends, who has been playing guitar (even 7-string), and bass (4 & 5 string), for 13 years and counting, recommends I keep/play it and NOT sell or give it away. I thought about starting to play, but I'm also thinking of getting back into singing. I showed him the JS and he wanted to play it right away. As for the run in Huntington, it's an ultra-marathon, or to be specific, a 50K (roughly around 33 miles). It would be cool if Joe did stop by on the 18th here, and get an experience/taste of what he sees me do. It's gonna be cold so I've been trying to put some time in to go out and run in this weather.
Skippygirl: Hope you're doing well and glad you enjoyed the concert. I-)
Jon/Webmaster: I also was wondering to if you're on Facebook, could you & Joe also approve my friend request like what Phil (Pip55) said? It would be neat if you did.
Chat with you all later, gotta start getting ready for work tonight at the hotel. Christmas parties are happening again.
