Satriella - Marbella is nice. I've been there a few times. I took two guitars to Slanshroom. me? jam? LOL - I can pull a couple of strings but thats it. I don't have the patience to learn guitar. I am a singer.
I think Slanshroom is going to post a video of him with the Byrd guitar on his myspace site www.myspace.com/royemusic
Kayla - growing up fast! I recall wanting to send you some pics a few years ago and you had to ask your dad. I bet you didn't ask him if you could get the tat!

Chad- hahaha.. thanks buddy!!1 Yeah im a little disappointed in what he is trying to do... but oh well! Im happy with it! :)
Ronnie- oh gosh I remember that! My dad ended up stealing my guitar AND pick. Its sad he did that, those were AMAZING gifts and I will never forget about it! I did get to play with it a bit though! I now have myself a JS guitar :D. I got it from a pawn shop and just yesterday realized that where the Tremolo bar goes, is broken. So I need to get that fixed! oh and, I most definitely DID NOT ask or even tell him I got it! haha. Not that it matters since I havnt lived with him for 4 years but oh well! hahah...

Hey Joe!
My name is Bonnie. I am a Moderator for www.Halen.com.. I have been for the past 5 years!
Saw Chickenfoot last April in Chicago..you guys ROCKED (of course!)
I wanted to say, I know you have a gig coming up at the Chicago Theater in Chicago on Dec. 19th...but wanted to say, if you happen to hit town on the 18th, I want to personally invite you to come to the Congress Theater (just down the road from the Chicago Theater) for a talent show called "A Not So Silent Night"...150 bands auditioned, and only 30 bands were chosen to play! Agents, managers, radio personel, etc. will be there to scope out the new talents! My boys' band ("I Had No Face") is one of the 30 bands performing that day! My oldest son (20) plays lead guitar, and knows alot of your stuff, (PLUS he can also play Van Halen, Steve Via,etc...) You might get a kick out of the show! There will be alot of musicians, some will be REALLY good! (My youger son, (18) will be singing also!)
I hope if you are in town, you can make an appearance, just to listen! Doors open at noon! Would be AWESOME if you came!
Thanks for taking the time to read this!
A BIG fan,
Bonnie

i think the clearwater show was better than the orlando show. the larger venue allowd the use of joe's light show and it was good. the band also jammed some there. very good show.
kayla in the 60's and 70's they said "clapton was god".......................................................gee, i wish we were all as cool as spicegirl9. oh wait....no i don't cause we don't act like a flipping RETARD, stfu and gtfo.

Hey Joe!!!!!
Have you ever considered doing a cover of or playing this song at one of your concerts.
[link url="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGz2QbIBRBA"]Siberian Sleigh Ride- Trans-Siberian Orchestra[\link]
It's a great song and I'm a fan of TSO's work. And this reminds a little of Summer Song. Except it's in Winter. lol

Hi Joe,
Big fan, I play (on guitar) (or try and play quite a bit of your stuff), "Satch Boogie", "Crowd Chant", "Super Collosal" and was wondering how you get that perfect sustain on those harmonics (i.e. on Satch Boogie)...also, I own a "Crystal Planet" and "Chromeboy" and was wondering if I could ever get you to sign them????
Thanks a bunch,
Brian
